ՎԶԵԲ-ը մշակել է Հայաստանի մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացման երկամյա ռազմավարություն

 Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկն արդեն մշակել է Հայաստանի մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացման ռազմավարությունը, որը շուտով կտրվի բանկի խորհրդի հաստատմանը:

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՎԶԵԲ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարկ Դևիսը՝ շեշտելով, որ ռազմավարությունը մշակվել է 2016-2018 թթ. համար: Նա հայտնեց, որ ՎԶԵԲ-ն այդ ռազմավարության շրջանակում աշխատելու է երեք ուղղություններով: «Առաջինը  մենք ցանկանում ենք խորացնել և արդիականացնել Հայաստանի մասնավոր հատվածը՝ շեշտը հատուկ դնելով փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացման վրա: Երկրորդ՝ զարգացնել տեղական կապիտալի շուկան և ֆինանսավորումն իրականացնել տեղական արժույթով: Երրորդ՝ հասնել հանրային ծառայությունների մատուցմա ն առևտրայնացմանը»,- ընդգծեց Դևիսը:

Նա հավելեց, որ ՎԶԵԲ-ը շարունակելու է աշխատել Հայաստանում ներդրումային միջավայրում բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ: «Դրա համար լավ գործիք է վարչապետին կից ներդրումների խորհուրդը, որի համար մենք խորհրդատվություն ենք ապահովում: Սա օգնում է նաև, որպեսզի իրականացվեն տեսչական բարեփոխումներ՝ ավելի ռիսկային մոտեցումների անցնելու համար»,- ընդգծեց Դևիսը:

ՎԶԵԲ-ի երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարը նաև կարևորում է, որ Հայաստանում մասնավոր հատվածի ֆինանսավորումն իրականացվի տեղական արժույթով: «Մի բան կարող եմ ասել, որ մենք շեշտադրումն անում ենք տեղական արժույթով ֆինանսավորման վրա, քանի որ շատ վարկեր և ավանդներ ձեր երկրում իրականացվում են արտարժույթով: Բացի այն դեպքերից, երբ ձեռնարկության հասույթն արտարժույթով է, մնացած դեպքերում տեղական արժույթի  արժեզրկումը վատ է անդրադառնում իրավիճակի վրա՝ դրանով իսկ ավելացնելով վարկավորման ռիսկերը»,- մանրամասնեց Մարկ Դևիսը:
