Տնտեսագետ Վիլեն Խաչատրյանը հաշվարկել է առաջիկա 5 տարիների ընթացքում կառավարության ծրագրով նախանշված 3 մլն զբոսաշրջիկների ներհոսք ապահովելու ցուցանիշը և եկել է այն եզրակացության, որ ներկայիս ցուցանիշին պետք է տարեկան 300 հազարով ավելի զբոսաշրջիկների ներհոսք է ապահովել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հունիսի 24-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ տ.գ.թ. դոցենտ, տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Վիլեն Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ կառավարության նախորդ ծրագրով զբոսաշրջիկների ներհոսքի շատ ավելի մեծ ցուցանիշ էր նախանշված:
«Այն շատ դժվար հասանելի ցուցանիշ է: Իհարկե, այստեղ ուխտագնացության գաղափարն առաջին քրիստոնյա երկիր, որպես բրենդային մոդել, շատ հետաքրքրիր է: Այն կարող է աշխատել և որոշակի արդյունք ապահովել, սակայն այստեղ խնդիրը ենթակառուցվածքների, հյուրանոցային հատվածի, ծառայությունների մատուցման մեջ է»,- ասաց տնտեսագետը` հավելելով, որ 1 մլն զբոսաշրջիկը Հայաստան կարող է բերել մոտ 1 մլրդ դոլար գումար, իսկ երեք մլն զբոսաշրջիկ բերելով կարելի է 1,8 մլրդ դոլարի ՀՆԱ-ի աճ ապահովել:
Անդրադառնալով ներդրումային ծրագրերին, տնտեսագետը մտահոգություն հայտնեց, քանի որ ըստ նրա այստեղ կարևոր է զուտ ներդրումների ցուցանիշը, որը 2017 թվականի երեք ամիսների վիճակագրական տվյալներով բացասական է: Նրա խոսքով` նախորդ տարվա համեմատ այն կրճատվել է 9 մլրդ դրամով, ինչը, ըստ Խաչատրյանի` փաստում է այն մասին, որ Հայաստանում այս տարվա երեք ամիսների կտրվածքով գրեթե ներդրումներ չեն արվել:
