«Ազգ-բանակ»-ի թիկունքում պետք է լինի «ազգ պետություն» կառուցելու գաղափարը։ Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 25-ին, «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության 11-րդ համագումարում իր ելույթում նշել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
Անդրադառնալով անցած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, Սեյրան Օհանյանն ասաց. «Այս դժվարագույն պայմաններում, բարդ իրավիճակում յուրաքանչյուր պետական մակարդակի եւ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրության ներքո անցկացված ցանկացած այդպիսի միջոցառում պետք է մի քանի խնդիր լուծեր եւ ժողովրդի համար ապահովեր զարգացման նախապայմաններ։ Բայց արդյոք ԱԺ ընտրություններում գերիշխե՞ց արդարությունը, արդյոք մենք փարատեցի՞նք հուսահատության այն մթնոլորտը, որ այսօր կա Հայաստանում, արդյոք մենք ստեղծեցի՞նք պայմաններ մեր ժողովրդի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը բարելավելու համար։ Այս հարցերի պատասխանը մեկն է. ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով մեծահարուստների եւ շատ-շատ մարդկանց, որոնք բացասական հատկանիշներ ունեն հասարակության մեջ, պարտադրումի եւ ժողովրդի նսեմացումի երեւույթ իրականացվեց։ Սա, կարող ենք ասել, որ որոշակի նաեւ բարոյական ազդեցություն ունեցավ եւ նսեմացրեց մեզ բոլորիս»։
Նրա խոսքով, իրենք այժմ չլինելով խորհրդարանում, պարտավոր են ազդել այն գործընթացների վրա, որ Հայաստանում տեղի կունենան։
Սեյրան Օհանյանը խոսեց նաեւ «ազգ-բանակ» հայեցակարգի մասին, նշելով. «Եթե մենք այսօր խոսում ենք այն, մասին, որ ազգ-բանակ գաղափարի ներքո պետք է իրականացվի մեր երկրի պաշտպանությունը, ապա դրա թիկունքում պետք է լինի ազգ-պետություն կառուցելու գաղափարը։ Եթե բանակային իրադրության մեջ հիմնական գործոնները մարդը, զինվորն ու զենքն են, ապա պետության գործունեության մեջ մարդը մնում է նույն մարդը, իսկ զենքը տնտեսությունն է։ Տվեք այդ զենքը հայ մարդուն, որ մեր երկիրը տանեն դեպի առաջընթաց։ Դա ազատականացված, մենաշնորհներից զերծ տնտեսության ստեղծումն է, ժողովրդագարական խնդիրների լուծումը, վստահության մթնոլորտի ձեւավորումը, արդար հասարակության ստեղծումը։ Տվեք այդ զենքը մեր քաղաքացիներին»։
Նա կոչ արեց քաղաքական եւ քաղաքացիական ուժերինհամախմբվել. «Միայն այդպես կարող ենք ԱԺ-ից դուրս քաղաքացիական հասարակության մաս կազմելով մեր ձայնը հասու դարձնել եւ ստիպել, որ ճիշտ գործունեություն ծավալվի։ Պետք է իշխանություններին հաշվետվողականության կանչենք»։
Նշենք, որ «Ժառանգության» համագումարին ներկա են Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, «Համախմբում» կուսակցության նախագահ Վարդան Օսկանյանը, Ազատամարտիկներ եւ «Ժառանգության» անդամները։
