· դդմի սերմեր,
· ձվի կեղև
· ձիթայուղ կամ նշի յուղ:
Պատրաստման եղանակը.
Նախապես չորացրած ու մաքրած դդմի սերմերը սրճաղացով մանրացնել և խառնել մանրացրած ձվի կեղևին (1:1 հարաբերակցությամբ): Կարելի է պարզապես հավասար քանակությամբ բաղադրիչները լցնել կոտորակիչի մեջ և միասին մանրացնել, մինչև ստացվի համասեռ փոշի:
Այնուհետև հարկավոր է ստացված խառնուրդին ավելացնել այնքան բուսական յուղ, որ ստացվի թանձր մածուկ:
Ստացված խառնուրդը հարկավոր է օրական երկու անգամ քսել սպիի վրա և ծածկել այն բինտով: Այս պրոցեդուրան անհրաժեշտ է կատարել մեկ ամիս շարունակ, սակայն արդյունքն արդեն նկատելի կլինի ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ անց:
