Որքա՞ն հաճախ եք քնում գիշերազգեստով։ Իհարկե, ոչ այնքան հաճախ։ Interesnoznat.com կայքը գրում է, որ «Daily mail»-ի անցկացրած հարցման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Լոնդոնի միջին բնակիչը նույն գիշերազգեստը կրում է 13-17 օր։ Ըստ կայքի՝ հարկավոր է գիշերազգեստը փոխել ամեն երեկո։

1. Ստաֆիլակոկային վարակ: Միևնույն գիշերազգեստը երկար օգտագործելու արդյունքում մեծանում է ստաֆիլակոկների քանակը։ Դրանք արագ ներթափանցում են օրգանիզմ և կարող են մաշկի բորբոքում առաջացնել, պնևմոնիա, սեպսիս և այլն։ 

2. Բշտիկներ։ Գիշերազգեստի վրա հավաքվում են բակտերիաներ, ճարպ և մաշկի մահացած հատվածներ։ Երբ քնած եք, այդ ամենը դիպչում է մարմնին, առաջացնում բշտիկներ։

3. Տիզեր։ Սրանցից ամբողջությամբ ազատվել հնարավոր չէ։ Նրանք սնվում են մաշկի մահացած հատվածներով։ Այդ պատճառով էլ կեղտոտ հագուստը գրավում է նրանց։

4. Տհաճ հոտեր։ Գիշերազգեստը հեշտությամբ կլանում է քրտինքը, ինչի հետևանքով տհաճ հոտ է առաջանում։

5. Թարմության զգացման բացակայություն։ Եթե կեղտոտ գիշերազգեստով եք քնում, առավոտյան ևս ձեզ մաքուր չեք զգա։ Պատճառն այն է, որ միկրոբներն ու կեղտը կրկին կպչում են մարմնին, ինչն անհարմարության զգացում է առաջացնում։

6. Անքուն գիշերներ։ Մաքուր գիշերազգեստ կրելն առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններ է ստեղծում առողջ քնի համար։ Առավել մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ լավ կքնեք և առավոտյան արդեն ավելի թարմ կզգաք ձեզ։ Եվ հակառակը, եթե կեղտոտ գիշերազգեստով եք քնում, մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ երկար ժամանակ կպտտվեք անկողնում։

7. Ալերգիկ ռեակցիաներ։ Կեղտոտ գիշերազգեստը կարող է նաև լուրջ ալերգիկ ռեակցիաների պատճառ դառնալ։ Եթե փոշուց ալերգիա ունեք, ապա հարկավոր է ամեն օր փոխել գիշերազգեստը։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ քնի ընթացքում շնչառական դժվարությունները սրվում են, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել վիճակի վատացման։

8. Այլ միկրոբներ։ Կեղտոտ գիշերազգեստ կրելով՝ սեփական իմունային համակարգին ստիպում եք «կռիվ տալ» տարբեր միկրոբների դեմ, ինչը թուլացնում է այն։
