Օշոյի ուսմունքը կարելի է պատկերացնել քաոսային հանելուկի տեսքով, որը բաղկացած է բուդդիզմի, յոգայի, դաոսիզմի, հունական փիլիսոփայության, սուֆիզմի, եվրոպական հոգեբանության, տիբեթյան ավանդույթների, քրիստոնեության և այլ կրոնների ու հոգևոր ուղղվածությունների էլեմենտներից։ BlogNews-ն առաջարկում է ծանոթանալ Օշոյի 10 լավագույն խորհուրդներին, որոնք միանշանակ դեպի լավը կփոխեն Ձեր կյանքը։ Մարդիկ ամեն ինչ այնքան լուրջ են ընդունում, որ դա նրանց համար բեռ է դառնում։ Սովորեք ավելի շատ ծիծաղել։ Իմ կարծիքով՝ ծիծաղն այնքան սուրբ է, որքան աղոթքը։ Յուրաքանչյուր գործողություն հանգեցնում է անհապաղ արդյունքի։ Ուշադրի եղեք ու հետևեք։ Հասուն մարդը նա է, ով պարզել է, թե ինչն է ճիշտ կամ սխալ, լավ կամ վատ իր համար։ Նա դա արել է ինքնուրույն, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ նա հսկայական առավելություն ունի այն մարդկանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր չունեն սեփական կարծիք։ Մենք բոլորս էլ յուրահատուկ ենք։ Ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի ասելու, թե ինչն է ճիշտ, իսկ ինչը՝ սխալ։ Կյանքը փորձ է, որի ընթացքում մենք որոշում ենք այդ փոփոխական հասկացությունները ամեն օր։ Երբեմն լինում է այնպես, որ մենք շատ սխալ բան ենք անում, սակայն մեծ օգուտ ենք քաղում դրանից։ Լինում են պահեր, երբ Աստված գալիս և թակում է Ձեր դուռը։ Դա կարող է լինել միլիոնավոր տարբերակներից մեկով, այն է՝ կնոջ, տղամարդու, երեխայի, սիրո, ծաղկի, մայրամուտի կամ արևածագի միջոցով։ Պարզապես բաց եղեք, որպեսզի լսեք այդ թակոցը։ Սովորական լինելու ձգտումը ամենասովորական ցանկությունն է։ Իսկ այ հանգստանալն ու սովորական լինելն իսկապես արտասովոր բաներ են։ Կյանքը հանելուկների և գաղտնիքների շղթա է։ Այն հնարավոր չէ կանխատեսել կամ կանխագուշակել։ Սակայն միշտ էլ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր ուրախ կլինեին առանց հանելուկների կյանք ունենալու դեպքում, քանի որ հանելուկների հետ կանհետանային նաև վախը, կասկածանքը և տագնապը։ Առաջին հերթին ինքներդ Ձեզ լսեք։ Սովորեք հաճույք ստանալ սեփական անձի հետ մենակ մնալուց։ Այնքան երջանիկ դարձեք, որ Ձեզ այլևս չհետաքրքրի՝ ինչ-որ մեկը կգա Ձեզ մոտ, թե ոչ։ Միայն այդպիսի հոգեվիճակ ունենալուց հետո է կարելի առողջ հարաբերություններ ունենալ այլ մարդկանց հետ։ Եթե հարուստ եք, մի մտածեք այդ մասին, իսկ եթե աղքատ եք, լուրջ մի ընդունեք դա։ Եթե կարողանաք հասկանալ, որ կյանքը խաղ է, ապա տառապանքները չեն հասնի Ձեզ։ Սկսեք կյանքին վերաբերվել որպես ուշագրավ մի խաղի և ուրախացեք դրանով։ Խիզախությունն անհայտին ուղղված շարժում է՝ անկախ բոլոր վախերից։ Խիզախությունը բնավ վախի բացակայությունը չէ։ Իսկ անվախությունն ավելի ու ավելի խիզախ դառնալու արդյունքն է։ Իսկ ամենասկզբում խիզախի և վախկոտի տարբերությունը շատ չէ. պարզապես վախկոտ մարդը լսում է իր վախերին և հետևում դրանց, իսկ խիզախ մարդը մի կողմ է դնում վախը և գնում առաջ։ Դուք ամեն վայրկյան փոխվում եք։ Մարդը նման է գետի։ Այսօր այն մի կողմ է հոսում, իսկ վաղը՝ մեկ այլ կողմ։ Երբեք հնարավոր չէ նույն դեմքը երկու անգամ տեսնել․ ամեն բան փոխվում է։ Ոչինչ իր տեղում չի մնում, սակայն դա տեսնելու համար չափազանց խորաթափանց հայացք է պետք։ Այլապես ամեն ինչի վրա վարագույր է ընկնում, և ամեն բան սովորական ու ծանոթ է թվում։
