1. Սեփական հարմարավետության գոտուց դուրս գալու ունակություն
Տարեցտարի դա ավելի ու ավելի դժվար է դառնում: Դա կապված է այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ որոշակի տարիքի հասնելով՝ մենք կապվածություն ենք ձեռք բերում, ունակություններ եւ հմտություններ, որոնցում մեզ հարմարավետ ենք զգում: Այդպես ավելի դյուրին ու հանգիստ է ապրել, բայց դուք այլեւս անվան մոգություն, փորձառության եւ կապերի մոգություն չեք ունենում, սկսում եք մրցակցել 20-ամյա քաղցած սկսնակների, ինչպես նաեւ այլ ոլորտների պրոֆեսիոնալների հետ: Սեփական հարմարավետության գոտուց դուրս գալը միշտ ցավոտ է. ընդունել, որ շատ բան չգիտեք ու չեք կարողանում, եւ ոչ միայն ընդունել, այլեւ նոր հմտություններ ձեռք բերել:
2. «Հոգնածության բացակայություն». ամեն ինչ սեփական ձեռքով անելու ցանկություն, եթե անգամ ղեկավար եք
Մեծ թվով մարդիկ որոշակի տարիքի հասնելով՝ չեն ուզում խառնվել արտադրական պրոցեսին, այլ ուզում են միայն ղեկավարել: Նրանք, այսպես կոչված, «արդյունավետ մենեջերներ» են: Ես վստահ եմ, որ ցանկացած արտադրանքի հաջողություն կապված է այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ դուք մշտապես ներսում եք: Դուք պետք է հասկանաք ներսում կատարվող բոլոր գործընթացները: Միայն այդ դեպքում ամեն ինչ կստացվի:
3. Կենտրոնացում, հետեւողականություն եւ մի ոլորտի ուղղությամբուշադրություն
Մարդիկ բազմաթիվ անջատ-անջատ գիտելիքներ են ձեռք բերում, որոնք ընդհանուր ունակության չեն վերածվում: Թատերական խմբակ, լուսանկարչական խմբակ, երգչախումբ. արդյունքում՝ ոչինչ: Միայն հոգնածություն եւ ուշադրության շեղում:
4. Բարյացակամություն աշխարհի, նոր սերնդի հանդեպ, հետաքրքրություն մասնագիտության մեջ
Այստեղ բացատրելու բան չկա: Մարդիկ հաճախ մտածում են. «Ամեն ինչ, որ անում են մեզանից հետո, վատ է»: Բայց եթե չհետեւեք այն ամենին, ինչ անում են մեզ հաջորդող սերունդները, հավանաբար, ինչ-որ հետաքրքիր բան բաց կթողնեք:
5. Վերահսկվող վնասակար սովորույթներ
Վստահ եմ, որ եթե մարդը 35-40 տարեկանում վնասակար սովորույթներ չունի, նա կա՛մ չի աշխատել ստեղծագործական ոլորտում, կա՛մ այդ սովորույթների հետ այն փուլին է հասել, երբ սկսում է բոյկոտել դրանց դեմ: Ես բազմաթիվ կարիերաներ եմ տեսել, որոնք շատ հզոր են սկսվել, իսկ հետո չեն կայացել, քանի որ մարդիկ սկսել են իրենց պահել՝ ինչպես Բեգբեդերի գրքերում: Մեր ոլորտները՝ մեդիա, ՏՏ, հակված են դրան:
