Մոնիթորինգների արդյունքում բժշկական բուհերը կստանան նաև աջակցություն` պատրաստվելու ինստիտուցիոնալ հավատարմագրմանը

Մասնագիտական որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոնն առաջին անգամ մոնիթորինգ է իրականացնում չհավատարմագրված բժշկական բուհերում: Մոնիթորինգների անցկացումը կօգնի հասկանալ բուհերի վիճակը, աջակցել դրանց` պատրաստվելու ինստիտուցիոնալ հավատարմագրմանը: Ներկայումս մոնիթորինգ է իրականացվել միայն Հայկական բժշկական ինստիտուտում: Ինչպես տեղեկացանք Մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոնից` նախատեսվում է մինչ տարեվերջ մոնիթորինգ անցկացնել չհավատարմագրված բոլոր բժշկական բուհերում:

«Կառավարության որոշման համաձայն՝ մինչ 2018 թ. վերջ Հայաստանում գործող բոլոր բուհերը պետք է դիմած լինեն ինստիտուցիոնալ հավատարմագրման: Կարևորելով բժշկական մասնագիտությունները` սկսել ենք բժշկական բուհերից: Ծանոթանում ենք որակի ապահովման գործընթացներին, հասկանում ենք, եթե աջակցության կարիք ունեն, օգնություն ենք տրամադրում` պատրաստվելու հավատարմագրմանը: Մոնիթորինգներ կիրականացվեն  առաջիկայում բոլոր այն բուհերում, որոնք ունեն բժշկական կրթական ծրագիր: Այցելում ենք այն  բոլոր բժշկական բուհերը, որոնք չեն դիմել  հավատարմագրման»,- ասաց Մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոնի հասարակության հետ կապերի պատասխանատու Հայկուհի Բարսեղյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` կենտրոնն առաջին անգամ է մոնիթորինգ անցկացնում չհավատարմագրված բժշկական բուհերում: Մինչ այդ ամեն տարի կենտրոնի մասնագիտական խումբն այցելել է  հավատարմագրված բուհեր, հետևել, թե իրենց բարելավման պլանը ինչպես են իրագործում: Իսկ Հայկական բժշկական ինստիտուտում արձանագրած արդյունքները դեռ ամփոփված չեն և ենթակա չեն հրապարակման, քանի որ այն ներքին գործընթաց է:

«Մոնիթորինգային հաջորդ այցի ժամանակացույցը քննարկման փուլում է: Մոնիթորինգը նախատեսում ենք ավարտին հասցնել մինչև տարեվերջ»,-ասաց Հայկուհի Բարսեղյանն ու հավելեց, որ բուհերն են, այնուամենայնիվ, որոշում դիմել հավատարմագրման, թե ոչ:

Ինստիտուցիոնալ հավատարմագրման 10 չափանիշ կան: Բուհը, որը ցանկանում է հավատարմագրվել, դիմում է ուղարկում Մասնագիտական որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոն, 10 չափանիշին համապատասխան  ներկայացնում է ինքնավերլուծություն, ուսումնասիրվում են փաստաթղթերը, տեղի է ունենում այցելություն բուհ: Որից հետո փորձագետները կազմում են զեկույց՝ մատնանշելով բուհի ուժեղ և թույլ կողմերը, և թույլ խնդիրների ուղղությամբ բուհին բարելավման խորհրդատվություն է մատուցվում: Դա հիմք ընդունելով` կազմվում է թերությունների վերացման ծրագիր հստակ ժամանակացույցով:  Փորձագիտական զեկույցը, բարելավման պլանը և բարելավման պլանի գնահատականը ներկայացնում են հավատարմագրման հանձնաժողովին, որն էլ, ուսումնասիրելով փաստաթղթերը, կայացնում է որոշում՝ հավատարմագրել բուհը որոշակի ժամկետով կամ մերժել: Հավատարմագրումները կարող են լինել 2, 4 կամ 6 տարի ժամկետներով: Սա շրջափուլային գործընթաց է, որը բուհը պետք է պարբերաբար անցնի:
