Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Պատրաստում ենք խմորը: Ալյուրը, փխրեցուցիչը և կարագը բլենդերով հարում ենք: Այնուհետև լցնում ենք ձվերն ու շաքարավազը և կրկին համասեռ զանգված ենք ստանում: Զանգվածից խմոր ենք հունցում և բաժանում  1/4 և 3/4 մասերի:

  2. Մեծ խմորը լցնում ենք 25 х 25 սմ տրամագիծ ունեցող յուղաթղթապատ ձևամանի մեջ և թխում նախօրոք 180 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում 15 րոպե: Իսկ փոքր խմորը տեղափոխում ենք սառցախցիկ:
    Ելակը բլենդերով ըստ ճաշակի շաքարավազի հետ հարում ենք և լցնում խմորի վրա:

  3. Պատրաստում ենք միջուկը: Մի ամանի մեջ լցնում ենք 100 գր թթվասեր և 2 ճ/գդ կակաո, իսկ մյուսի մեջ՝ 100 գր թթվասեր և 2 ճ/գդ լուծվող սուրճ և 2 զանգվածներն էլ լավ հարում ենք: 3-րդ ամանի մեջ լցնում ենք 100 գր թթվասեր և մի փոքր ելակ ու զանգվածը հարում ենք:
    Ձվի սպիտակուցները, շաքարավազը լավ հարում ենք, կամաց-կամաց ավելացնում ենք պուդինգն ու մնացած 1 կգ թթվասերը:
    Այս ամենից հետո ելակով զանգվածի վրա հերթականությամբ լցնում ենք պուդինգով խառնուրդը,  ելակով խառնուրդը, սուրճով խառնուրդը և կակաոյով խառնուրդը:

  4. Այնուհետև սառցախցիկից հանում ենք փոքր խմնորը և քերում մեր տորթի վրա:
