Past.am-ը ձեր ուշադրությանն է ներկայացնում անկանոն քնից առաջացող հնարավոր վնասները.
 
Ավստրալիացի գիտնականները հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ գիշերը չափից երկար քնելը նույնքան վտանգավոր է ինքնազգացողության համար, որքան ոգելից խիմչքի չարաշահումը:
 
 
Հետազոտության շրջանակում բժիշկները վերլուծել են 45-ն անց ավելի քան 230 հազար կամավորների սովորական վարքագիծ: Հեղինակներին հատկապես հետաքրքրում էր այն, թե կյանքի կրճատմանը նպաստող գիտությանը հայտնի գործոններն ինչպես են ազդում վաղաժամ մահվան վրա: Այդ գործոններից են ծխելը, ոգելից խմիչքի չարաշահումը, անառողջ սնունդը, նստակյաց կյանքը, նաեւ գիշերային քնի նորման չպահպանելը (դրա պակասը կամ ավելցուկը):
 
 
Հետազոտողներն ուշադրություն են դարձնել ինքնազգացողության ու կյանքի տեւողության հարցում քնի առաջատար դերակատարմանը: Նրանց խոսքով 9 ժամից երկար տեւող գիշերային քունն ու նստակյաց կենսակերպն այնքան են բարձրացնում վաղաժամ մահվան հավանականությունը, որքան վնասակար սովորությունները՝ ոգելից խմիչքի չարաշահումն ու ծխելը:
 
 
Երկարատեւ գիշերային քնի (ավելի քան 9 ժամ), նստակյաց կենսակերպի (օրական ավելի քան 7 ժամ ) ու ֆիզիկական ակտիվության պակասի համադրումը գրեթե քառակի ավելացնում են վաղաժամ մահվան հավանականությունը: Նույն արդյունքն է գրանցվել նաեւ ծխելու, ոգելիցի չարաշահման ու գիշերային քնի պակասի (7 ժամից քիչ) համադրման դեպքում:
