Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը տվել է դրական արդյունքներ: Ազգային ժողովի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հրայր Թովմասյանի հարցին: «Օրինակ, 2016թ. Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան արտահանումը շուրջ 50 տոկոսով աճել է: Այսինքն, երբ Ռուսաստանի տնտեսությունը կարգավորվեց, իսկ մեր տնտեսավարողները հարմարվեցին խաղի նոր կանոններին, մենք այստեղ անմիջապես աճ ունեցանք: Այս տեսանկյունից կարող ենք ասել, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցելուց մենք դրական էֆեկտներ ունեցել ենք»,- նշեց Արամյանը:
Նա ուշադրություն հրավիրեց նաև Հայաստանի արտահանման կառուցվածքի վրա: Վարդան Արամյանն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը Եվրոպական Միություն արտահանում է հիմնականում հումքային ապրանքներ: «Եվրամիություն արտահանվող մեր ապրանքների 92 տոկոսը հումք է, մնացածը բաժին է ընկնում պատրաստի ապրանքներին: Մինչդեռ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրներ, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստան, մենք հիմնականում արտահանում ենք պատրաստի արտադրանք»,- նշեց Արամյանը:
Նախարարը նաև ընդգծեց, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցելուց առաջ կառավարությունը հաշվարկներ է իրականացրել, թե ինչ օգուտներ է ունենալու այդ անդամակցությունից: Նրա խոսքով՝ վերլուծությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցության դեպքում տնտեսական լրացուցիչ էֆեկտը կլիներ 3.2 տոկոս: «Իհարկե, 2015թ. տնտեսական ճգնաժամը թույլ չտվեց, որպեսզի մենք ստանայինք այն էֆեկտը, որն ակնկալում էինք: Սակայն անգամ այս պարագայում, եթե մենք Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցած չլինեինք, 2015թ. կունենայինք շատ ավելի լուրջ խնդիրներ և կունենայինք շատ ավելի ցածր տնտեսական աճ»,- եզրափակեց Վարդան Արամյանը:
