«Ժառանգության» 11-րդ համագումարում բացման խոսքով հանդես գալով, Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը հայտարարեց. «Մենք ծնկողը չենք, մենք այլևս զիջելու և կորցնելու բան չունենք, և քաղաքական ուղղակի հրամայական է, որ քաղաքական ուժերը խորհրդարանում և խորհրդարանից դուրս համախմբվեն՝ ավելի լավ Հայաստան ունենալու համար։ Պետք է շեշտեմ, որ մենք ունենք այդ հնարավորությունը»։
Այն, որ այսպես ասած ընդդիմադիր դաշտը վաղուց պետք է միավորվեր, կարծես թե գաղտնիք չէ ոչ մեկին։ 2007-2008թթ. ընթացքում տեղի ունեցավ նման բան։ Բոլորս հիշում ենք, թե իշխանությունն ինչ բռնի մեթոդներով գնաց այդ միավորումը ցրելու։ Այժմ, ավելի քան երբեք, կանգնած ենք նույն խորքային հրամայականի առջև։ Այս առումով Հովհաննիսյանի հետ չհամաձայնել չի կարելի։ Սակայն կան մի քանի հանգամանքներ, որոնց կուզեինք անդրադառնալ։
Հանգամանք առաջին. խորհրդարանում գտնվող այսպես ասած ընդդիմադիր ուժը, վաղուց օտարված է բուն ընդդիմության էությունից, որևէ աղերս չունի ոչ խորհրդարանական ուժերի հետ և մի «խելացի» առաջնորդի պատճառով այրել է նաև հետդարձի կամուրջները։ Այդ կամուրջները այրել է հատկապես այն ուժերի հետ, որոնք նրան տվել են այսօրվա հարթ ուղին և կշիռը։ Սակայն, սա քաղաքականություն է, որտեղ ամեն ինչ հնարավոր չէ։
Երկրորդ հանգամանքը կայանում է անձերի մեջ։ Եթե անգամ, արտախորհրդարանական բոլոր ուժերը փորձեն միավորվել, ապա չկան այն մի քանի անհատները, ովքեր կարող են ղեկավարել այդ միությունը։ Հայաստանը համակարգերի երկիր չէ, Հայաստանն անձերի երկիր է։ Իսկ եթե անգամ կան այդ մի քանի անհատները, ապա մյուս քաղաքական ուժերում էլ կգտնվեն մի քանի այլ անհատներ, որոնք կունենան նույն հավակնությունները։ Վերջին տաս տարիները ցույց են տվել, որ մեկ անխախտ դաշինք կա ու դաԿոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքն է։ Սակայն քիչ էր մնում անգամ այն խախտվեր։
Երրորդ հանգամանքը կայանում է նրանում, որ նման կոչ է անում Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը։ Հիմա չէինք ուզի խոսել նրա մսխած ու ունեցած ձայների մասին։ Նրա հին ու նոր քաղաքական քայլերից։ Այստեղ ավելի շատ էական է այն հանգամանքը, որ նա արդեն կորցրել է իր շանսը և քաղաքական տարբեր բևեռների կողմից լուրջ չի ընկալվում։ Իսկ եթե կա որևէ մեկը, որը լուրջ է ընկալվում հենց այդ նույն ՕՐՕ դաշինքից թեկուզ, ապա կարող է լինել անընդունելի մյուսների համար։
Անշուշտ, միավորվել պետք է, բայց ու՞մ շուրջ, ինչպե՞ս, ի՞նչ գաղափարներով։
