 Հայաստանում 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ դիսպանսերային դիտարկման մեջ է թմրամիջոց գործածող 6010 մարդ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց  ՀՀ ԱՆնարկոլոգիական հանրապետական կենտրոնի բուժական գծով տեղակալԱսյա Գրիգորյանը: Նրա փոխանցմամբ,  նրանցից 2 հազար 343-ն օփիոիդներ գործածողներ են, 3 հազար 665-ը՝ կանաբիոիդներ, 2-ը՝ կոկաին:

Թմրամիջոց օգտագործողների տարիքային սանդղակն այս տարի փոքր-ինչ փոխվել է: Թմրամիջոց օգտագործողների խմբում ավելացել է 16-17 տարեկան երեխաների թիվը:

«16 տարեկան 3 հոգի ունենք, 18 տարեկան՝ 91, իսկ 19-27 տարեկանների թիվը հասնում է 957-ի: Հիմնական թիրախային տարիքը համարվում է 28-49 տարեկանը, որոնք կազմում են 3 հազար 806: Ունենք 65 տարեկանից բարձր 60 հաշվառված անձ:  Կանանց թիվը թմրամիջոց գործածողների մեջ ևս ավելացել է, կանաբիոիդներ գործածող 3 կին կա՝ 17-18 տարեկանի սանդղակում, 11 հոգի էլ 29 տարեկան ունենք»,- ասաց Ասյա Գրիգորյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ թմրամիջոցներ օգտագործողների թվի ավելացումը խնդիր է ամբողջ աշխարհում, Հայաստանն էլ դրանից զերծ չէ: Մեր երկրում թմրամիջոց օգտագործողները տարբեր սոցիալական խմբեր են ներկայացնում, նրանց թվում կան և՛ սոցիալապես անապահովներ, և՛ բավական ապահովված մարդիկ:

ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր նարկոլոգ Պետրոս Սեմերջյանի խոսքով, բուժական  ծախսերը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար իրականացվում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից: Կա բուժման երկու ձև. կամավոր և պարտադիր: Կամավորը, երբ ինքնուրույն են դիմում բժշկական հաստատություն և իրենց գրավոր դիմումի համաձայն ստանում բուժում: Կա նաև հարկադիր, երբ բուժումն իրականացվում է դատարանի որոշմամբ: Պետրոս Սեմերջյանը նշեց, որ նման դեպքերը շատ քիչ են:

«Ամեն հիվանդի բուժման ծախսը յուրաքանչյուր օրվա համար կազմում է 9 հազար 900 դրամ։ Ամենաշատ դիսպանսեր գրանցվածների թիվն այս տարի է։ Վերջին 7-8 տարիներին թմրամիջոցներ օգտագործողների թվի աճը միջինը կազմել է 9 տոկոս, իսկ 2016-17-ի անցումը կազմել է 10 տոկոս»,-ասաց նարկոլոգը:

Անդրադառնալով բուժմանը` Պետրոս Սեմերջյանը նշեց, որ բուժման պրոցեսը տևում է 20 օր: Հիվանդը բուժվում է, սակայն թմրամիջոցին վերադառնալու կրկնությունները չեն բացառվում: Բուժումից բացի, շատ կարևոր է շրջապատը:

«Նույն ընկերներ, նույն շրջապատ, հետևաբար կրկնության հավանականությունը մեծ է: Այդ իսկ պատճառով հետագա հսկողություն է անհրաժեշտ»,-ասաց նա:

Հունիսի 26-ը Թմրամիջոցների չարաշահման և ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրն է։ Այն հռչակվել է 1988 թ. ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայիկողմից: Օրվա խորհուրդն է հասարակության ուշադրությունը կրկին հրավիրել թմրամիջոցների միջազգային խնդրի վրա, ակտիվացնել նրանց գործողությունները և համագործակցությունը՝ թմրամոլությունից զերծ միջազգային հասարակություն ստեղծելու համար:
