Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցումը դրական է գնահատում Հայաստանի համար

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար, փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցությունն օգտակար է համարում Հայաստանի համար: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Վաչե Գաբրիելյանն ընդգծեց, որ կառավարությունը համեմատական վերլուծություն է իրականացրել մի կողմից ԵԱՏՄ անդամ Հայաստանի, մյուս կողմից եվրոասոցացման գործընթացում գտնվող Վրաստանի և Մոլդովայի միջև՝ գնահատելու հավանական էֆեկտները: «Մենք գնահատել ենք եվրոասոցացում անցած երկրները՝ Վրաստանն ու Մոլդովան: Կարծում եմ՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությունը դրական է մեզ համար: Նույն ֆինանսական հոսքերի տեսանկյունից ավելի շատ ստանում ենք, քան տալիս»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց փոխվարչապետը:
Նրա խոսքով` մինչև ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելը ևս ՀՀ-ն ՌԴ-ի հետ առևտուր անում էր, մինչդեռ անդամակցությունից հետո որոշ առավելություններ տրվեցին: «Հիմա նույն միության մեջ ենք, որի արդյունքում մաքսային ձևակերպումները թեթևացել են, մաքսատուրքը նվազել է: Համաշխարհային բանկն ասում է, որ գործարարությամբ զբաղվելու համաթվով մենք ունեցել ենք առևտրային պայմանների բարելավում, որը վերաբերում է հենց մաքսային պայմանների բարելավմանը»,- հավելեց Գաբրիելյանը:
Փոխվարչապետը բնական համարեց, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությունից հետո երրորդ երկրների հետ Հայաստանի առևտրային հարաբերություններում խնդիրներ են առաջացել: «Բնականաբար պետք է առաջանային, քանի որ մենք անդամակցել ենք այլ կառույցի և դրանով մեր հարաբերությունները միջնորդավորում ենք միասնական տնտեսական տարիֆի միջոցով»,-նկատեց նա:
Գաբրիելյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելուց հետո 700 ապրանքների վերաբերյալ մաքսատուրքերի բարձրացումն արել է աստիճանաբար, որ դա անմիջապես չազդի տնտեսական սպառման վրա, որպեսզի տնտեսավարողներն ու սպառողները կարողանան կամաց-կամաց անցնել այդ նոր մաքսատուրքերին և ազդեցությունը միանգամից չզգացվի:
