Որոնք են հղիության վաղ փուլերի «ախտանշանները»

Հղիության նշանները վաղ փուլերում ի հայտ են գալիս բեղմնավորումից 7-10 օր անց, սակայն սա կարող է կախված լինել տվյալ կնոջից, քանի որ ոմանք կարող են 2-3 ամիս նույնիսկ չնկատել հղիությունը, հատկապես՝ ոչ կանոնավոր դաշտանային ցիկլի դեպքում: Հղիության վաղ փուլերի ախտանշանները

1.      Դաշտանի ուշացում. սա հղիության առաջին նշանն է, որը ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի անտեսել: Նույնիսկ եթե ուշացման պատճառը հղիությունը չէ, հարկավոր է անմիջապես խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ:

2.      Բազալ ջերմության բարձրացում. որպես կանոն բազալ ջերմությունը բարձրանում է օվուլյացիայի ժամանակ, սակայն, եթե այն չի իջնում օվուլյացիայից հետո, ապա դա կարող է լինել հղիության «ախտանշան»:

3.      Կրծքի մեծացում ու ցավոտ զգացողություններ. հղիության ժամանակ սկսում են գործել հորմոնները, ապագա մոր կաթնագեղձերը մեծանում են ու առաջանում են փոքր-ինչ ցավոտ զգացողություններ:

4.      Հաճախակի միզելու ցանկություն. այս ընթացքում արգանդը մեծանում է և ճնշում է գործադրում միզապարկի վրա, ինչի հետևանքով կանայք հաճախակի միզելու ցանկություն են ունենում:  

5.      Համային նոր նախասիրություններ. հղիության նշաններից մեկն է նաև արտասովոր մթերք և նույնիսկ ուտելու համար ոչ պիտանի բաներ (օրինակ՝ կավիճ կամ հող) ուտելու ցանկությունը:

6.      Քնկոտությունն ու հոգնածության զգացողությունը. հորմոնալ փոփոխությունների պատճառով կանայք հաճախ դառնում են քնկոտ և սկսում են շուտ հոգնել:

7.      Սրունքի մկանների ջղաձգումներ. նման ջղաձգումները սովորաբար տեղի են ունենում գիշերը՝ քնած ժամանակ:

8.      Հեշտոցային արտադրության քանակության ավելացում. հորմոնների ավելացման հետևանքով շատ կանանց մոտ ավելանում է նաև արտադրվող լորձի քանակությունը, ուստի հեշտոցային առատ արտադրությունը նույնպես կարող է լինել հղիության նշան:

9.      Առավոտյան առաջացող սրտխառնոց. առավոտյան ժամերին ինքնազգացողության վատացումը պայմանավորված է արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակի նվազմամբ: Ոմանք կարող են ընդհանրապես չբախվել այս խնդրին, սակայն կան մարդիկ, որոնց սրտխառնոցն անհանգստացնում է 9 ամիս շարունակ:

10.  Դյուրագրգիռություն. հղիության տարածված նշաններից են նաև տրամադրության կտրուկ տատանումներն ու դյուրագրգիռությունը: Ներկայում տնային պայմաններում հղիության հաստատման լավագույն միջոցը հատուկ թեստերն են, սակայն դրանք նույնպես չի կարող բացարձակապես ճիշտ պատասխանն տալ, ուստի հստակ պատասխանի համար հարկավոր է բուժզննում անցնել:
