Դժվար է ասել՝ տարիներ հետո 75 հազար դրամն ի՞նչ գնողունակություն կունենա. Վիլեն Խաչատրյանը՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի բարձրացման մասին

Կառավարության ծրագրով առաջիկա տարիներին նվազագույն աշխատավարձը պետք է բարձրանա 25 տոկոսով, սակայն տնտեսագետ Վիլեն Խաչատրյանի համար դեռևս այդ քայլի ռեալ դրական կողմերը տեսանելի չեն: Նա Tert.am–ի հետ զրույցում նկատեց, որ բարձրացվելու է անվանական նվազագույն աշխատավարձն, ոչ թե իրական նվազագույն աշխատավարձը:
Հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է, որ բարձրացմանը զուգահեռ գնաճ լինի, Խաչատրյանը պատասխանեց. «Քանի որ գրված է անվանական, նշանակում է, որ գնաճը հաշվի չի առնվում: Ստացվում է, որ մարդը բարձրացված նվազագույն աշխատավարձ է ունենալու, բայց թե տարիներ հետո այդ 75 հազար դրամն ի՞նչ գնողունակություն կունենա՝ չեմ կարող ասել: Եթե իրական նվազագույն աշխատավարձ լիներ, այլ պատկեր կլիներ»:
Միաժամանակ, Խաչատրյանը նկատեց՝ աշխարհում տնտեսության մեջ զգալի գումարներ են ներդրել, որից կարող ենք ենթադրել, թե գնաճ կլինի: Տնտեսագետը նաև շեշտեց, որ «ԱՄՖ»-ի տվյալներով, գնաճն այդքան էլ բարձր չի լինի. «Սակայն, եթե հաշվվում է, որ մենք 5. 5 տոկոս բարձրացումներով ենք գնում, ապա գնաճը կարող ենք մի քիչ գերազանցել սպասվածից»,- շարունակեց նա:
Վիլեն Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձավ նաև Եվրամիության՝ ՌԴ-ի դեմ ևս կես տարով պատժամիջոցների երկարաձգմանը և հայտարարեց, թե ՌԴ-ի դեմ կիրառված ցանկացած քայլ անուղղակի ձևով անդրադառնում է նաև ՀՀ-ի վրա: Տնտեսագետը հավելեց, որ Կառավարության ծրագրի արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ 2-3 բլոկ կա, որտեղ նշված է միակողմանի ու բազմակողմանի հարաբերությունների մասին, իսկ 2 ոլորտներում էլ առաջինը ՌԴ-ն է:
«Երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ժամանակ էլ մեր առաջին գործընկերը ՌԴ-ն է, բազմակողմ հարաբերություններում էլ առաջինը ԵԱՏՄ-ն, հետո՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ը, իսկ 3-րդ նոր ԵՄ-ն: Հետևաբար, ՌԴ-ի տնտեսական վիճակն անուղղակի կերպով էլ ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա ազդելու է»,- ընդգծեց Խաչատրյանը:
Տնտեսագետի գնահատմամբ՝ Կառավարության սահմանած 5 տոկոս տնտեսական աճի դեպքում էլ մեր տնտեսության մեջ խոշոր փոփոխություն չի լինելու: Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներն էլ սրան են գումարվելու, ինչն ավելի բացասական միջավայր է ստեղծելու տնտեսական զարգացման հեռանկարի համար:
«Այդ ժամանակ կարող են նույնիսկ 3 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ չապահովել: ԱՄՖ-ը 2.9 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսել ՀՀ-ի համար, այսինքն՝ մեր Կառավարությունը ԱՄՖ-ից ավելի բարձր տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսել»,- եզրափակեց Վիլեն Խաչատրյանը:
