Քարվաճառում 2016թ. ապրիլի 5-ի լույս 6-ի գիշերը երկու հայ զինծառայողների մահվան գործից առանձնացված մասով օրերս առերեսում է եղել:
Երկու զինծառայողներից մեկի՝ Գրիգոր Ավետիսյանի սպանության գործն արդեն դատարանում է, ամբաստանյալն է Դավիթ Դումիկյանը, մինչդեռ մյուս զինծառայողի՝ Սուրեն Արամյանի մահվան գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Հենց այս մասով էլ առերեսում է եղել Դումիկյանի եւ ականատես վկա Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի միջեւ:
«Դավիթը պնդում է, որ Հրաչն իր ասել է, որ գործն իր վրա վերցնի, հակառակ դեպքում տունը կհրկիզեմ: Առերեսման ժամանակ, իհարկե, Հրաչյան հերքել է, սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ հանգամանքները, թե որտեղ է ասել Հրաչյան Դավիթին, ովքեր են ներկա եղել, համապատասխանում է»,- NEWS.am-ին ասաց Դավիթ Դումիկյանի պաշտպան Արթուր Խաչիկյանը:
Պաշտպանի խոսքով, առանձնացված մասն անօրինական կերպով է քննվում, քանի որ եղել է 2 անձի սպանության մեկ վայրում, դրդապատճառները նույնն են եղել, մինչդեռ մի մասով դատաքննություն է սկսվել, մյուս մասով դեռ պարզ չէ, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում է Սուրեն Արամյանը մահացել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ի սկզբանե, Դավիթ Դումիկյանը մեղադրվում էր երկու զինծառայողի մահվան մեջ, ավելի ուշ, նախաքննական մարմինը պարզել է, որ Սուրեն Արամյանի սպանության հետ Դումիկյանը որեւէ առնչություն չունի: Գրիգոր Ավետիսյանի սպանելու մեղադրանքը Դումիկյանը չի ընդունում:
Ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների, վիճաբանության պատճառն այն է եղել, որ կողմերը փորձել են «ամրապնդել իրենց դիրքը» զորամասում:
Մահացած զինծառայողներն Արտաշատ քաղաքից էին, 19 տարեկան:
