«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավոր վերընտրված, դաշնակցական Արմեն Բաբայանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր պաշտոնը ստանձնելու 2017 թ. հայտարարագիրը:

Արմեն Բաբայանը հայտարարագրել է երկու բնակարան և երկու ավտոմեքենա՝ «HONDA PILOT 3.5» և «NISSAN PATROL 4.8 I» մակնիշների: Դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմել են 5 միլիոն դրամ և 215 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ հունվարի 1–ից մինչև մայիսի 18–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ստացած եկամուտները կազմել են 2 միլիոն 41 հազար դրամ:

Կինը՝ Ամալյա Եվանգուլյանը, ներկայացրել է իր 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագիրը, որից տեղեկանում ենք, թե նա նախորդ տարի 53 միլիոն 467 հազար դրամով բնակարան է գնել:

Նշենք, որ Բաբայանը մինչ քաղաքականություն մուտք գործելը՝ 1997–1999թթ. եղել է «Հայկոոպ» մանրամեծածախ բազայի առևտրի բաժնի պետի տեղակալ, ապա` բաժնի պետ: 2000–2001թթ. «Գրանդ Քենդի» ՀՁ ՍՊԸ–ում աշխատել է պահեստապետ, 2001–2002թթ.` արտադրամասի պետի տեղակալ, 2004–2007թթ.` «Գրանդ Քենդի» ՍՊԸ ֆիրմային խանութների գծով փոխտնօրեն, իսկ 2007–2012թթ. էլ՝ գործադիր տնօրեն:
