Ինչ է կարելի և ինչ չի կարելի անել օձի խայթոցի դեպքում

Թունավոր օձի կծածի դեպքում մեծ նշանակություն ունի ժամանակին ցուցաբերված առաջին օգնությունը։
Օձի կծելուց հետո առաջին 5 րոպեի ընթացքում սեղմեք կծած տեղի շուրջը, որպեսզի արյուն դուրս հոսի վերքից։ Այս գործողությունը թույլ է տալիս որոշ չափով հեռացնել թույնը։ Սեղմելը դադարեք, երբ վերքից այլևս արյուն դուրս չի գալիս։ Հանգստացրեք տուժածին, քանի որ նյարդային, գրգռված վիճակն արագացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը` նպաստելով մարմնում թույնի տարածմանը։ Հանեք բոլոր զարդերը և ճնշող իրերը։ Եթե օձը կծել է վերջույթը, ապա անշարժացրեք այն: Սահմանափակեք տուժածի շարժումները, նստեցրեք կամ պառկեցրեք նրան։
     
     Ի՞նչ չի կարելի անել
     
Կան գործողություններ, որոնք չի կարելի անել օձի կծածի դեպքում։
Մի արտածծեք թույնը բերանով. բերանում եղած անգամ փոքր վերքից թույնը կարող է անցնել ձեր օրգանիզմ։
Կծած տեղի շրջանում կտրվածքներ մի արեք, մի այրեք կծած տեղը. ցավն արագացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը, ինչը նպաստում է թույնի տարածմանը։
Մի՛ օգտագործեք սառը թրջոցներ ու սառցապարկեր. դրանք օգուտ չեն տա տուժածին և կարող են նրա ինքնագիտակցությունը վատացնել։
Տուժածին մի տվեք ոգելից խմիչքներ, որոնք ևս արագանցում են արյան շրջանառությունը:

Ինչպե՞ս խուսափել խայթոցից

Ինչպես նշեց մասնագետը, ուշադիր լինելու դեպքում շատ խայթոցներից հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել: Օձերը, մասնավորապես, երբեք չեն հարձակվում հենց այնպես: Սկզբում դրանք «զգուշացնում են», որոշակի ձայներ հանում: Ուշադիր նայեք ոտքերի տակ ու Ձեր կողքերը, եթե բնության գրկում եք: Օձ տեսնելուց հետո պարզապես կանգ առեք, մի շարժվեք: Օձը, հասկանալով, որ իրեն ոչինչ չի սպառնում, կհեռանա:

Հայաստանում, ի դեպ, 4 տեսակի թունավոր օձ կա, ամենավտանգավորներն են հայկական իժը եւ գյուրզան: Սակայն տարբերել դրանց կարող են ոչ բոլորը:

Ի՞նչ անել, եթե օձը խայթել է

Տուժածին պետք է անշարժացնել: Նրան չի կարելի թողնել քայլել կամ առհասարակ շարժվել: Փորձեք արտածծել թույնը: Դրանով դուք կհեռացնեք դրա 30 տոկոսն օրգանիզմից: Սակայն, մասնագետի խոսքով՝ չի կարելի անել դա, եթե բերանում վերք կա կամ դուք ունեք ստամոքսի խոց:
