Սեդրակ Զատիկյանի սպանությունը պատվիրելու մեջ մեղադրվողը 15 տարով ազատազրկվեց

Մալաթիայի նախկին թաղապետ Վահան Զատիկյանի որդու՝ 26-ամյա Սեդրակ Զատիկյանի սպանությունը պատվիրելու մեջ մեղադրվող Նարեկ Խաչատրյանն այսօր՝ հունիսի 27-ին, դատապարտվեց 15 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Երեւանի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում մեղադրողը Նարեկ Խաչատրյանի համար 15 տարվա ազատազրկում էր պահանջել, Նարեկ Խաչատրյանի շահերի պաշտպան Վարդուհի Էլբակյանն իր պաշտպանական ճառում միջնորդել էր արդարացնել իր պաշտպանյալին:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Նարեկ Խաչատրյանը Ստեփան Հակոբյանի հետ, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, նախկինում ունեցած վեճի պատճառով վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով, Արսեն Առուշանյանին պատվիրել են սպանել Սեդրակ Զատիկյանին:
Նարեկ Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՔՕ 38-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից կատարված սպանությանն օժանդակելը: Նա կալանավորված է, նա իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ճանաչում:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի նախկին թաղապետ Վահան Զատիկյանի տղան՝ 26-ամյա Սեդրակ Զատիկյանը, սպանվել է 2006թ. հունիսի 22-ին Սեբաստիա եւ Տիչինա փողոցների խաչմերուկում՝ «ԱԿՍ» տեսակի ինքնաձիգից արձակված կրակոցների հետեւանքով: Նույն վայրում կրակոցներից մահացել է նաեւ անցորդ, 42-ամյա Կարինե Սարգսյանը:
Գործով 15 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել Ստեփան Հակոբյանը, որը ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանի (Լեդի Հակոբ) եղբորորդին է, որն ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Նարեկ Խաչատրյանի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ Սեդրակ Զատիկյանի սպանությունը պատվիրել է Արսեն Առուշանյանին, որը դատապարտվել է ցմահ ազատազրկման։ Արսեն Առուշանյանը Նարեկ Խաչատրյանի գործով վկայի կարգավիճակում է:
