Եվ այսպես 6 օր: Ցանկալի է շատ ջուր օգտագործել, թեյի և սուրճի քանակությունը չի սահմանափակվում, սակայն պարտադիր առանց շաքարի, կարելի է ուտելիքի մեջ աղ օգտագործել: Սովի զգացողություն չի լինում, քանի որ 2 ժամը մեկ սնունդ եք ընդունում, դժվար է միայն առաջին օրը, իսկ դրանից հետո օրգանիզմը սովորում է, բացի այդ՝ քաշի սրընթաց կորուստը հիանալի մոտիվացիա է հանդիսանում:
