NEWS.am STYLE-ը շարունակում է զրուցել գեղեցիկ կառուցվածք ունեցող հայուհիների հետ՝ իր ընթերցողներին բացահայտելով վերջիններիս հմայքի եւ գեղեցկության գաղտնիքները։ Այս անգամ մեր զրուցակիցը Հնդկաստանում հայտնի հայ մոդել Այլոնա Թադեւոսյանն է, որը պատմեց իր օրվա գրաֆիկի եւ սննդակարգի մասին․

«Առավոտս սկսվում է մեկ բաժակ ջուր խմելով, որից հետո սրճում եմ։ Ուտում եմ միրգ, կաթ եմ խմում: Երբեմն հագեցած նախաճաշ եմ ունենում՝ ձու եւ բանջարեղեն»,-ասում է գեղեցկուհին, որը չի հրաժարվում նաեւ հայկական խոհանոցի ուտեստներից։

«Ցերեկվա ժամերին հիմնականում ուտում եմ կարտոֆիլ՝ կարագով։ Շատ եմ սիրում այն։ Հաճախ տարբեր փորձարկումներ էլ եմ անում։ Երեկոյան աշխատում եմ ուղղակի թեյ խմել, բայց երբեմն խախտումներ լինում են, օրինակ՝ կեսգիշերին կարող եմ մեծ համբուրգեր կամ պիցա ուտել։ Նման հաճույք աշխատում եմ ոչ այնքան հաճախ ինձ թույլ տալ:)»,-ասում է Ալյոնան՝ հավելելով, որ հատուկ դիետա չի պահում․

«Գիտեմ, թե որ ժամին ինչ պետք է ուտեմ, դա է իմ՝ չգիրանալու գաղտնիքը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է քնելուս գրաֆիկին՝ եթե ինձ անհանգստացնող մտքեր չեն լինում, քնում եմ կեսգիշերին, իսկ եթե ինչ-որ բան անհանգստացնում է, կարող եմ մինչեւ լույս արթուն մնալ»։

Գեղեցիկ կառուցվածքը պահպանելու համար Ալյոնան իր սննդակարգից վերջին շրջանում բացառել է շոկոլադն ու գազավորված ըմպելիքները․

«Աշխատում եմ հրաժարվել նաեւ տապակած ուտեստներից։ Երբ չափսերիս հետ կապված խնդիրներ եմ ունենում, օրինակ՝ 1 կամ 2 կիլոգրամի, զբաղվում եմ սպորտով, եթե ժամանակ չեմ ունենում ֆիթնեսի հաճախելու, երեկոյան վազում եմ, իսկ առավոտյան հատուկ նախավարժություններ եմ անում»։

Ալյոնան կարծում է, որ կինն իրեն գեղեցիկ է զգում, երբ ունենում է ներքին խաղաղություն, երբ սիրված է, սիրում է բնությունն ու կյանքը․

«Հայ կանանց եւ աղջիկներին խորհուրդ կտամ լինել բարի, նպատակասլաց, գնահատող, խնամված եւ չզարմանաք՝ երջանիկ, որովհետեւ երջանիկ լինելը միայն մեզանից է կախված»։
