Իշխանությունը չի կարող պայքարել կոռուպցիայի դեմ, քանի որ մեծամասնություն է դարձել 10 հազար դրամ ընտրակաշառք բաժանելով։ NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում այդ մասին ասել է «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Սարգսյանը։ Նա նշել է, որ երկրի տնտեսական վիճակի վերաբերյալ այս իշխող ուժի ձեւավորած կառավարության թվաբանությունը մի բանի մասին է խոսում, ժողովրդի կյանքը՝ այլ բանի։
Նշենք, որ այսօր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ղեկավար Վարդան Հարությունյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում վստահեցնում էր, թե կոռուպցիայի եւ մենաշնորհների դեմ պայքարում են ամենօրյա աշխատանքով, ինչի արդյունքում մենաշնորհներ չկան, իսկ կոռուպցիայով զբաղվողները հայտնվում են ճաղերի հետեւում։ ՊԵԿ ղեկավարի պնդմամբ՝ թե՛ բանանի, թե՛ շաքարավազի շուկան ազատ է, եւ շատերն են զբաղված այդ ապրանքատեսակների ներկրմամբ։ Չնայած հավաստիացումներին՝ Վարդան Հարությունյանը դժվարացավ նշել գեթ մեկ գործարարի անուն, որը վերջերս մուտք է գործել շաքարավազի կամ բանանի շուկա։
Ի պատասխան Վարդան Հարությունյանի հայտարարությունների՝ Արամ Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ մինչեւ հիմա որեւէ մեկը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի արդյունքը չի տեսել։
«Բնականաբար, ես ընդդիմադիր եմ ու պիտի տեսնեմ թերությունները, բայց որ հայ հանրությունը գործարար հանրությունը, խոշոր արդյունաբերողները չեն տեսնում այդ առաջընթացը, դա միանշանակ է։ Թվերի լեզուն մեր երկրում այլ է, դա արդեն սովորույթ է դարձել, իսկ ժողովրդի կյանքը այլ բանի մասին է խոսում, դրա համար ժողովուրդը չի հավատում թվերի լեզվին։ Քաղաքացին հավատում է իր գրպանի պարունակությանը, որեւէ գործունեություն իրականացնելիս՝ նայում է չինովնիկների հետ բախվող խնդիրներին։ Ներկա փոլում որեւէ մեկը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի առումով ընդհանուր առմամբ փոփոխություն չի զգացել»։
Ընդդիմադիր գործչի կարծիքով՝ կոռուպցիան սկիզբ է առնում ընտրական այն արատավոր համակարգից, որի միջոցով ձեւավորվում է իշխանությունը. «Իմ կարծիքով կոռուպցիան սկսվում է ընտրություններից։ Եթե մարդը 10 հազար դրամ տալով դառնում է «ժողովրդի ընտրյալ» եւ մեծամասնություն դառնալով՝ ձեւավորում կառավարություն, ունենում վարչապետ, նախագահ, այդ պարագայում չես կարող դատավորին, դասախոսին, հարկային մարմիններին կամ մյուսներին ասել՝ փող մի վերցրու։ Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը մի համակարգ է, որը պիտի սկսել վերեւից»,–ասաց պատգամավորը՝ եզրակացնելով, որ ընտրակաշառքով ձեւավորված իշխանությունը չի կարող պայքարել կոռուպցիայի դեմ։
