Եթե ձեզ անհանգստացնում է դեմքի մաշկի չորությունը և ձգության զգացումը` ուրեմն դուք, միգուցե, սխալ եք լվացվում:
Մաքրող միջոցն ընտրեք ըստ ձեր մաշկի տեսակի
Գիտե՞ք արդյոք ձեր մաշկի տեսակը: Եթե պատասխանի ժամանակ դուք մտածում եք, ուրեմն պետք է պարտադիր թարմացնեք ձեր մաշկի մասին ինֆորմացիան, քանի որ պետք է ընտրել ոչ միայն խնամքի միջոց, այլ նաև մաքրման պարագաներ:
Օրինակ, եթե ձեր մաշկը չոր է և շատ զգայուն, ցանկալի է ընտրել փափուկ միջոցներ՝ սնուցող կամ հանգստացնող բաղադրիչներով, օրինակ նուշի, վարդի կամ մասուրի յուղով: Իսկ սպիրտ պարունակող և սովորական օճառը պետք է բացառել՝ բացի չորությունից այն ոչինչ չի տա:
Եթե ձեր մաշկը յուղոտ է կամ զուգակցված, ապա առանց անփայլ բաղադրիչների փրփուրի և գելերի, որոնք նվազեցնում են մաշկի յուղի արտադրությունը, չեք կարող:
Նախապատվությունը տվեք փափուկ մաքրող միջոցների: Սկրաբի կոշտ մասնիկները կարող են գրգռել մաշկը, այդ պատճառով ընտրեք փափուկ բաղադրիչներով միջոց: Եվ փորձեք շատ չտարվել այդ ընթացակարգով: Վերին շերտը մահացած հյուսվածքներից մաքրելու համար բավական է ընթացակարգը շաբաթը մեկ-երկու անգամ կատարել:

Ջուրը շատ է չորացնում մաշկը և որքան երկար եք դուք լվացվում, այդքան ավելի վատ: Ավելի վատ է տաք ջրի դեպքում՝ այն վնասում է մաշկի պաշտպանիչ շերտը, իսկ ծակոտիներն ավելի լայնացնում: Մեկ այլ ծայրահեղության մեջ ընկնել և լվացվել սառը ջրով նույնպես խորհուրդ չի տրվում: Այդ պատճառով ուղղակի լվացվեք գոլ ջրով, դա կատարյալ տարբերակ է
