IDeA-ն աջակցում է Շուշիի Վերին մզկիթի վերականգնմանը

«Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» (IDeA) հիմնադրամի, Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության և «Արևելյան պատմական ժառանգության վերածնունդ» հիմնադրամի համագործակցության շրջանակներում Շուշիում ընթանում է Գոհար Աղա (Վերին Ջումա) մզկիթի վերականգնման ծրագիրը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» հիմնադրամից:
Շուշիի Գոհար Աղա մզկիթի վերականգնման ծրագիրը մեկնարկել է 2015 թվականին, երբ IDeA հիմնադրամի դոնոր, գործարար Կայրատ Բորանբաեւը Հայաստան եւ Արցախ կատարած այցի ժամանակ ցանկություն է հայտնել իր աջակցությունն ու ներդրումն ունենալ մզկիթի վերականգնման գործում եւ այդ նպատակով խոշոր հանգանակություն է կատարել։
Մզկիթի վերականգման ծրագրում IDeA հիմնադրամը հանդես է գալիս որպես հարթակ Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության, «Արևելյան պատմական ժառանգության վերածնունդ» հիմնադրամի (Revival of Oriental Historical Heritage Foundation) եւ դոնորի միջեւ։
Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է հիմնովին վերականգնել մզկիթը՝ ապահովելով դրա նախնական տեսքը, բարեկարգել հարակից տարածքը եւ իրականացնել մզկիթի հարեւանությամբ գտնվող մեդրեսեի շենքի կապիտալ ամրակայման աշխատանքները՝ կառույցի հետագա փլուզումը կանխելու համար։ Ծրագիրը հնարավորություն կտա պահպանել պատմամշակութային հուշարձանը եւ այն ապագայում օգտագործել որպես մշակութային-զբոսաշրջային կենտրոն։ Արդեն իրականացվել են մզկիթի տարածքի երկրաբանական եւ գեոդեզիական ուսումնասիրությունները, կատարվել են հնագիտական պեղումներ, ավարտվել են նախագծային եւ նախահաշվային աշխատանքները։ Ներկայում այնտեղ ընթանում են բուն շինարարական աշխատանքները։
«Շուշին Արցախի յուրօրինակ վայրերից մեկն է, իսկ Վերին մզկիթը՝ Շուշիի հին քաղաքի հարուստ պատմության եւ մշակույթի անքակտելի մասը։ Ուրախ ենք, որ մեր դոնորներից մեկը ցանկություն հայտնեց գումար նվիրաբերել այդ հուշարձանի վերականգնման համար։ Ծրագիրը թույլ կտա ոչ միայն ներկայացնել տարածաշրջանի եւ Շուշիի պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունը, այլեւ նոր կենտրոն ստեղծել Արցախի զբոսաշրջային քարտեզի վրա»,- ասել է IDeA հիմնադրամի Արցախի զարգացման ծրագրի ղեկավար Սուրեն Ամիրբեկյանը։
Քանի որ մզկիթն իրանական պատմամշակութային հուշարձան է, վերականգնման ծրագրի նախագծային աշխատանքներում ներգրավվել են իրանական Part Saman Jahan ճարտարապետական ընկերությունը եւ իրանցի մասնագետներ։ Ծրագրի գործընկերն է «Հուշարձանների եւ տեսարժան վայրերի միջազգային խորհրդի» Հայաստանի ազգային կոմիտեն՝ ICOMOS Հայաստանը, որը փորձաքննության է ենթարկել նախագծային աշխատանքների համապատասխանությունը միջազգային չափանիշներին։
Մզկիթի վերականգնման աշխատանքները նախատեսվում է ավարտվել 2018 թվականի աշնանը։
