ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Նոր Նորքի «Ծիրան» սուպերմարկետի աշխատակցուհու նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակումը։

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017թ. հունիսի 26-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում տեղի էր ունեցել ավազակային հարձակում: Ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը՝ դիմակավորված, օդամղիչ գազային ատրճանակը ձեռքին, մուտք էր գործել Նոր Նորքում գործող «Ծիրան» սուպերմարկետ եւ զենքի սպառնալիքով աշխատակցուհուց պահանջել դրամարկղում առկա գումարը, սակայն անվտանգության աշխատակիցներին հաջողվել էր վնասազերծել նրան, հանել դիմակը, ինչից հետո նա դիմել էր փախուստի:

ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1996թ.։

ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 221-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ կետով սահմանված կարգով՝ երիտասարդի լուսանկարը ներկայացվել է ճանաչման վկաներին:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ որոշում է կայացվել՝ 1996թ. ծնված տղային ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը եւ հայտարարվել հետախուզում։
