26 июня Багдасарян после недолгого перерыва опять оказалась в мировом участке района "Аэропорт" - лицом к лицу к дорогим сердцу судьей Константином Бондаренко. Который несколько раз сажал ее в спецприемник, штрафовал на сотни тысяч рублей за просроченные платежки ГИБДД, но самое страшное - он заставил Мару работать. Целых 595 часов. Дворником.И несмотря на то, что папа Эльмар отбил свою Мару от метлы с лопатой пачкой медицинских справок, перед судьей Бондаренко у нее благоговейный тихий ужас. На этот раз на воспитание к нему горе-гонщицу привели приставы: прогуляла, говорят, целый трудовой день без уважительной причины. Что делать с Багдасарян, судья пока не решил. Но Мара уже трепещет. А кто для обиженного нашего гражданина главный защитник? Правильно: президент.
- Да, мы подали обращение в приемную Президента, - заявил адвокат Багдасарян Давид Кемулария. - На наш взгляд, в решениях судьи есть какая-то личная неприязнь. Он упорно не хочет признавать Мару больной, не взирая на медицинские документы, и назначает ей такие меры административного наказания как арест и обязательные и исправительные работы.
Что же до того дня, который, по словам приставов, Мара прогуляла... Ну где может гулять бедная больная девица - не по бутикам же, прости господи, с шампанским! Вот она и гуляла, говорит адвокат, - по аптекам. Лекарства выбирала. Должен же натюрморт на ее столике в жилконторе обновляться.
