Աշխատանք փնտրելու հարցում հաջողության հասնելու հինգ կանոն

1. Ցանկությունների ցանկ

Գրառեք, թե ինչ սպասելիքներ ունեք ապագա աշխատանքից. պաշտոն, աշխատավարձի չափ, աշխատանքային ռեժիմ եւ օրակարգ, բոնուսներ։ Առաջինը նշեք այն կետը, որը ձեզ համար ամենակարեւորն է։ Ամենավերջում նշեք ձեզ համար այնքան էլ մեծ նշանակություն չունեցող կետը։

Պետք է հնարավորինս մանրամասն նկարագրել ձեր երազանքների աշխատանքը։ Նախ՝ դա թույլ կտա աշխատանք փնտրելիս անմիջապես ուշադրություն դարձնել ձեզ համար կարեւոր մանրուքների վրա։ Իսկ հարցարզույցի ընթացքում  կկարողանաք վստահաբար պատասխանել, թե ինչու եք ցանկանում աշխատել հենց այդ պաշտոնում եւ այդ ընկերությունում։

2. Պահանջների ցանկ

Եթե հասկանում եք, որ ցանկալի աշխատանքը ստանալու համար պետք է սովորել, ապա՝ ի գործ։ Կազմեք գործերի ցուցակն ու սկսեք։ Համացանցում այժմ շատ են անվճար դասընթացները (սկսած անգլերենի առցանց դասընթացներից մինչեւ կայքերի ձեւավորում)։ Եթե հնարավորություն ունեք, առանց միջոցներ խնայելու գրանցվեք դասընթացների։ Ինքնակրթությունը շատ կարեւոր է երազանքին հասնելու ճանապարհին։

3. Ռեզյումե

Ռեզյումեն պետք է գրագետ կազմել, մի քանի անգամ ուշադրությամբ ստուգեք այն։ Ճիշտ կլիներ, որ եւս մեկ անգամ այն ստուգեր, օրինակ, ձեր ընկերը. թարմ հայացքով ավելի հեշտ է նկատել սխալներն ու թերությունները։

Կից նամակը կատարյալ օգնական է։ Այն կօգնի, որ ձեր ռեզյումեն աչքի ընկնի։ Գրեք այն՝ հաշվի առնելով նկարագրված պահանջները եւ փորձեք հակիրճ պատմել ձեր ուժեղ կողմերի մասին։ Այդ նամակից պետք է պարզ լինի՝ ինչո՞ւ եք դուք եւ այդ աշխատանքը «միմյանց համար ստեղծված»։ Եվ, վերջապես, աշխատանքի համար պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստ ունեցեք։

4. Ակտիվ որոնում
