«Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահում աղմկահարույց սպանության գործի՝ 3 մեղադրյալների մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է

«Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահի տարածքում 2016թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանությունների դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի՝ 3 մեղադրյալի մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է:
Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ նոյեմբերի 13-ին Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահում արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով երկու անձ՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ Գևորգ Ավետիսյանը և Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը, ստացել էին կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ և մահացել: Մ.Մուշեղյանի դիակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել էր նաև կտրող-ծակող առարկայով պատճառված մարմնական վնասվածք՝ որովայնի շրջանում։
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է միջադեպի շարժառիթը, անմիջական մասնակցություն ունեցած անձանց շրջանակը, անհատականացվել նրանց գործողությունները:
Պետրոս Իսրայելյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով, Ալիկ Բանդուրյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով, Արմեն Գասպարյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ կատարված նախաքննությամբ մեղադրյալներ Պ.Իսրայելյանի, Ա.Բանդուրյանի և Ա.Գասպարյանի վերաբերյալ ձեռք բերված ապացույցները բավարար են՝ քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ դատարան ուղարկելու համար՝ նրանց վերաբերյալ դրվագը քրեական գործից անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ և հայտարարվել նախաքննության ավարտի մասին։ Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։
Անջատված մասով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
