ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության  սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը, տնտեսվարողների համար սննդամթերք տեղափոխող տրանսպորտային միջոցներ ձեռք բերելու նոր հնարավորություն ստեղծելու նպատակով, բանակցություններ է վարել ֆինանսական երկու կառույցների՝ ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ ԲԲԸ-ի և «ԱԳԲԱ լիզինգ» ՓԲԸ-ի հետ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդի անվտանգության պետական տեսչության լրատվական ծառայությունից, արդյունքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել սկսել ֆինանսական վարձակալության (լիզինգի) ծրագիր, որը հնարավորություն կտա սննդի շղթայում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսվարողներին համապատասխան մասնագիտացված փոխադրամիջոցներ ձեռքբերել առավել բարենպաստ և մատչելի պայմաններով՝ ամրագրված լիզինգային պայմանագրով:

«Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն, սեպտեմբերի 1-ից սկսած՝ սննդամթերքի փոխադրումը պետք է աստիճանաբար իրականացվի սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտի իրավական ակտերով սահմանված պահանջներին համապատասխանող փոխադրամիջոցներով, որի համար Ծառայությունը տրամադրում է սանիտարական անձնագիր:

Հաց-հացաբուլկեղեն և միս տեղափոխող փոխադրամիջոցների համար սանիտարական անձնագրեր ունենալու պահանջը կգործի արդեն 2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ից, իսկ մնացած տեսակների սննդամթերք տեղափոխող փոխադրամիջոցների համար սանիտարական անձնագրի առկայությունը պարտադիր է 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից: Արդեն չորս կազմակերպություն՝ «Մուլտի Մոթորս» ՍՊԸ-ն, «Գալոպեր» (Արմենիա-Լադա, Fiat) ՍՊԸ-ն, «Մեգնա» ՍՊԸ-ն (Renault) և «Ավանգարդ Մոթորս» (Mercedes-Benz) ՍՊԸ-ն, արձագանքել են ՍԱՊԾ նախաձեռնությանը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել մատակարարել մասնագիտացված համապատասխան փոխադրամիջոցներ՝ շուկայի պահանջարկը բավարարելու համար:

Բանակցություններ են վարվում մինչև ժամանակացույցով նախատեսված ժամկետը՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ը, մեքենաների ձեռքբերման համար հատուկ պայմաններ սահմանելու ուղղությամբ: Այս կերպ Ծառայությունը գործընկերների հետ մտադիր է խրախուսել սննդամթերք տեղափոխող մեքենաների համար սանիտարական անձնագրերն օր առաջ ստանալու գործընթացը:
