1. Միշտ ժպիտով արթնացեք։ Մտածեք, որ այսօր շատ հաջողակ օր է սպասվում։ Սովորեք ուրախանալ ցանկացած մանրուքից եւ դրական հույզերը դուրս կմղեն ձեր կյանքից բացասական ամեն ինչ։

2. Ձեզ շրջապատեք միայն լուսավոր, դրական տրամադրվածությամբ մարդկանցով։

3. Սովորեք հետաքրքիր լինել ինքներդ ձեզ համար։ Միշտ զարգացեք, փորձեք ամեն օր որեւէ նոր բան իմանալ. մարդը, որն ինքն իր հետ չի ձանձրանում, միշտ հետաքրքիր է այլոց համար։

4. Արեք միայն այն, ինչը ձեզ ուրախություն, սեր ու երջանկություն է պարգեւում։ Իհարկե, գոյություն ունեն իրավիճակներ, որոնցից գործնականում խուսափել հնարավոր չէ, մարդիկ կան, որոնց հետ, որքան էլ չենք ցանկանում, պետք է շփվել։ Այդ պարագայում փորձեք նրանց մեջ գտնել ամենալավը եւ շփվեք նրանց հետ՝ ելնելով այդ դրական կողմերից։ Շուտով կնկատեք, թե ինչպես է փոխվում ձեր տրամադրությունը, հարաբերությունները բարելավվում են։

5. Երբեք մի կասկածեք սեփական բացառիկությանը։ Յուրաքանչյուր մարդ յուրօրինակ է եւ արժանի է սիրո։ Հպարտացեք ձեզանով, սիրեք սեփական կերպարը եւ կնկատեք, թե ինչպիսի դրական փոփոխություններ տեղի կունենան ձեզ հետ։

6. Մի կորցրեք ներքին ներդաշնակությունը։ Եթե զգում եք, որ ձեզ պատում են վախը, ատելությունը կամ զայրույթը, արագորեն դրական բաների մասին մտածեք՝ վառ եւ հաճելի հուշերի, սիրելիի, երազանքի։ Այդ կերպ կարող եք ձեզ պաշտպանել տհաճություններից, որոնք բացասական հույզերի պատճառ են դառնում։ 

7. Աչքի առջեւից հեռացրեք նախկին սիրեցյալների լուսանկարները, որոնց մասին հիշողությունները ձեզ ցավ են պատճառում։ Դրանք տուփի մեջ դրեք, կապեք կարմիր ժապավենով եւ ձեղնահարկ տեղափոխեք։ Այդպիսով կկարողանաք վերջ դնել հարաբերություններին եւ բաց լինել նոր զգացմունքների համար։

8. Երազեք սիրո մասին։ Ձեր երեւակայության մեջ մանրամասն պատկերեք երջանկությունը։ Բնականաբար, պատկերացրեք մարդուն, որին կցանկանայիք ձեր կողքին տեսնել։ Ձեր գլխում տարբեր սյուժեներ հնարեք, որտեղ ձեր սիրեցյալն իրեն կպահի այնպես, ինչպես դուք եք ցանկանում։ Ձեր հարցումն անպայման լսելի կլինի։ 

9. Թղթի վրա մանրամասն նկարագրեք տղամարդուն, որին կցանկանայիք ձեր կողքին տեսնել։ Փորձեք ներառել նրա բոլոր հնարավոր բնութագրերը՝ արտաքինը, բնավորությունը, խոսքը, հագնվելու ոճը։ Պատասխանեք հարցերին. որտեղ է նա աշխատում, որքան է վաստակում, ովքեր են նրա ընկերները, ինչ սովորություններ ունի։ Արդյո՞ք նա կարողանում է կարեկցել, ունի՞ հումորի զգացում, կարո՞ղ է հուսահատ քայլերի դիմել։ Որքան մանրամասն նկարագրեք ապագա ամուսնուն, այնքան «պատվերն» ավելի ճշգրտորեն կկատարվի։

10. Ցանկությունների քարտեզ կազմեք։ Եթե սերը ձեզ համար ամենակարեւորն է, կենտրոնում տեղադրեք ձեր լուսանկարը՝ տղամարդու լուսանկարի հետ միասին, որի արտաքինը ձեզ դուր է գալիս։ Գտեք տան պատկերը, որը կցանկանայիք ունենալ, մի մոռացեք նաեւ ավտոմեքենայի, երեխաների ճամփորդությունների մասին։ Քարտեզը կախեք տեսանելի տեղում, հաճախ դրան նայեք ու երազեք։
