«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.
«Ակնհայտ է, որ տվյալ դեպքում ՌԴ արտգործնախարարի հայտարարությունը՝ «Արևելյան գործընկերությունը» հակառուսական գործիք դարձնելու վերաբերյալ, անգամ ակնարկ չէ, այլ բաց տեքստով հայտարարություն է՝ ուղղված հայկական կողմին, քանի որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է, ինչպես հայտնի է, «կիսվել» Ռուսաստանի և Եվրոպայի միջև, և խոսակցություններն այն մասին՝ վերադառնա՞լ դեպի ԵՄ, թե՞ մնալ ռուսական ուղեծրում, հայկական հասարակությունում շարունակվում են։
Իսկ ամենագլխավորն այն է, որ նոյեմբերին սպասվում է ԵՄ-ի հետ շրջանակային համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը, այսինքն՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը կանգնած է ընտրության առաջ՝ ստորագրե՞լ, թե՞ չստորագրել ԵՄ-ի հետ շրջանակային համաձայնագիրը։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ նա ավելի շուտ չի ստորագրի։
Ձեր ակտուալ օրակարգի բովանդակությանը, թե վերջին շրջանում ինչ է քննարկվում Հայաստանում, նույնն է՝ շահավե՞տ է Հայաստանին ԵՏՄ-ում լինելը, թե՞ ոչ։ 2016թ. ՀՀ տնտեսությունը գրեթե 0-ական աճ է ունեցել»,- «168 ժամ»-ին ասել է Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական փորձագիտական խմբի ղեկավար Կոնստանտին Կալաչովը՝ մեկնաբանելով, թե ում է ուղղված ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությունը, որ «Արևելյան գործընկերությունը» հակառուսական նախագծի վերածելու ցանկացողներ կան, որ այդ ծրագիրն օգտագործվել է, որպեսզի թիրախային երկրները կեղծ ընտրության առաջ կանգնեցվեն։
