Օրերս Բեյոնսեն նորածին երեխաների հետ լքեց հիվանդանոցն ու գնաց Մալիբուում վարձակալած առանձնատուն, որի համար երգչուհին եւ ամուսինը՝ Ջեյ Զին ամսական 400 հազար դոլար են վճարում։
La Villa Contenta առանձնատունն ունի տաս ննջասենյակ եւ շատ է դուր գալիս Բեյոնսեին։
Սակայն աստղերն այն չեն գնի. նրանք այնտեղ կապրեն մինչեւ ամռան վերջ։
Զույգը ցանկանում է նոր տուն ձեռք բերել, բայց մի քանի տարի է, չի կարողանում գտնել իր ցանկացածը։
Առավել եւս, որ աստղերը պատրաստ էին նոր տան համար առավելագունը 70 մլն դոլար վճարել։
Սակայն, ինչպես հաճախ է պատահում՝ մի բան ծրագրում ես, մեկ այլ բան է ստացվում։
Զույգը 130 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ նոր առանձնատուն է գտել Բել Էյրում (այնտեղ, որտեղ ապրում է Քարդաշյան-Ջեներ ընտանիքը)։
TMZ-ը գրում է, որ տունն ունի 8 ննջասենյակ, 11 լոգասենյակ, 4 լողավազան, բասկետբոլի հրապարակ, սպա սրահ ու ձայնագրող ստուդիա։
Առանձնատան սեփականատերերն այն գնել են 2013 թվականին՝ 15 մլն դոլարով։ Սակայն 4 տարվա ընթացքում ձեւափոխելով ու վերանորոգելով տունը՝ որոշել են վաճառել 130 մլն դոլարով։
