 Հաշվի առնելով հանրության շրջանում հետաքրքրությունն ու անհանգստությունը՝ ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունը անդրադառնում է շոգ եղանակին ակտիվացած սողունների հանդիպելիս ճիշտ վարքականոներին:
Մարդիկ սովորաբար սարսափում են սողունների հենց միայն տեսքից և հաճախ չեն կարողանում ճիշտ գործել։

Ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների՝ օձերի խայթոցներից մահացությունների դեպքում մարդկանց մոտ 40 տոկոսը մահացել է ոչ թե թույնից, այլ սարսափից։ Եթե կարողանաք արագ կողմնորոշվել ու ճիշտ օգնություն ցույց տալ, ապա հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել վատագույնից։ 

Ի՞նչ անել

  • Ոչ թունավոր օձի խայթոցի դեպքում վերքը լվացեք և ծածկեք մանրէազերծ վիրակապով։
  • Հնարավորության դեպքում աշխատեք հիշել օձի տեսքը։
  • Օձի խայթոցից հետո առաջին 5 րոպեի ընթացքում սեղմեք խայթած հատվածի շուրջ, որպեսզի արյունը դուրս հոսի վերքից։ Այս գործողությունը թույլ է տալիս որոշ չափով հեռացնել թույնը։ Սեղմելը դադարեք, երբ վերքից այլևս արյուն դուրս չգա։
  • Հանգստացրեք տուժածին, քանի որ նյարդային, գրգռված վիճակն արագացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը` նպաստելով մարմնում թույնի տարածմանը։
  • Հանեք բոլոր զարդերը և ճնշող իրերը։
  • Եթե օձը խայթել է վերջույթը, ապա անշարժացրեք այն և պահեք սրտի մակարդակից ցածր։ Սահմանափակեք տուժածի շարժումները, նստեցրեք կամ պառկեցրեք նրան։
  • Թունավոր օձի խայթելու դեպքում Ժամանակն ամենաորոշիչ գործոնն է։ Շատ կարևոր է արագ ահազանգը կամ տուժածի արագ տեղափոխումը հիվանդանոց, սակայն դա պետք է անել առանց խուճապի մատնվելու՝ բացառելով տուժածի ցանկացած շարժում։ Այդ ընթացքում տուժածին տվեք մեծ քանակությամբ հեղուկներ` ջուր, հյութ, թեյ, թան և այլն։ Վերահսկեք տուժածի վիճակը, տվյալները գրանցեք և ցուցաբերեք համապատասխան առաջին օգնություն։ 

Ի՞նչ չի կարելի անել

  • Կան գործողություններ, որոնք չի կարելի անել օձերի խայթոցների դեպքում։
  • Մի արտածծեք թույնը բերանով. բերանում եղած անգամ փոքր վերքից թույնը կարող է անցնել ձեր օրգանիզմ։
  • Խայթած հատվածի շրջանում կտրվածքներ մի արեք, մի այրեք վնասված հատվածը. ցավն արագացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը, ինչը նպաստում է թույնի տարածմանը։
  • Մի օգտագործեք սառը թրջոցներ և սառցապարկեր. դրանք օգուտ չեն տա տուժածին և կարող են հակառակ ազդեցություն ունենալ։
  • Օձերի խայթոցների դեպքում չի կարելի տեղադրել լարան՝ սեղմող միջոցներ. սա կբերի տվյալ հատվածի հյուսվածքների մեկուսացման, ինչի հետևանքով տուժածը կարող է կորցնել վերջույթը։
  • Տուժածին մի տվեք ոգելից խմիչքներ. դրանք ևս արագանցում են արյան շրջանառությունը։
