Հայաստանում հուլիսի 29-ին կանցկացվի համապետական երկրորդ շաբաթօրյակը

ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարեց ապահովել հուլիսի 29-ին երկրորդ համապետական շաբաթօրյակի կազմակերպմանն ուղղված նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների իրականացումը: Կարեն Կարապետյանը, անդրադառնալով «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագրի ընթացքին, նշեց, որ արդեն իրագործվել են մի շարք գործողություններ: «Այս պահին ֆիքսենք, որ 1480 աղբանոցների սանիտարական մաքրման աշխատանքները 126 համայնքներում պատվիրակվել են 39 մասնավոր ընկերություններին», - «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց նա։
Կարեն Կարապետյանը գործողությունների շարունակականությունն ապահովելու նպատակով հանձնարարեց Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարին, մարզպետներին երկամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել աղբահանության և սանիտարական ոլորտի կարգավորման և պատասխանատվության միջոցների կիրառմանն ուղղված օրենսդրական փաթեթ, ինչպես նաև աղբավայրերի արտոնագրման չափանիշներ:
Վարչապետը նաև հանձնարարեց մինչև դեկտեմբերի 30-ը ձեռնարկել միջոցներ՝ ներկայումս առկա 549 աղբանոցների թիվը կրկնակի կրճատելու ուղղությամբ և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել Շիրակի, Լոռու և Սյունիքի մարզերի կոշտ կենցաղային թափոնների կառավարման հայեցակարգերը:
Կարեն Կարապետյանը տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե երբ պատրաստ կլինի չնախատեսված վայրերում աղբ թափելու դեմ տուգանքներ կիրառելու օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը: Լոքյանը նշեց, որ արդեն ավարտվել են օրենքի պատրաստման աշխատանքները:
«Առաջիկայում կքննարկվեն այդ խնդիրները և ամենաուշը օգոստոսի առաջին տասնօրյակում կընդունենք օրենքը, որպեսզի սեպտեմբերին այն ներկայացնենք Ազգային ժողով», -ասաց Լոքյանը։
