Լիբանան և Հայաստան տեղափոխված սիրիահայերին աջակցություն կտրամադրվի

«Կարիտաս Ավստրիա»-ի  և «Կարիտաս Լիբանան»-ի համագործակցությամբ իրականացվող «Ճանաչել։ Պաշտպանել։ Իրագործել»  ծրագրի պաշտոնական մեկնարկը տրվեց Հայաստանում։ 
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ծրագրի շրջանակում պատերազմի պատճառով Հայաստան գաղթած և Լիբանան տեղափոխված սիրիահայերին օգնություն կցուցաբերվի։ 
«Հայկական կարիտաս» բարեգործական ՀԿնախագահ Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի ՀայԿաթողիկեների առաջնորդ Գ. Տ. ՌաֆայելԱրքեպիսկոպոս Մինասյանն ասաց, որ իրենց կազմակերպության իմաստը եղբայրասիրությունն է։ 
«Կարիտասի նպատակն է աջակցել Սիրիայի քաղաքացիական պատերազմի հետևանքով Հայաստան և Լիբանան տեղափոխված սիրիահայերի ինտեգրման գործընթացին, ինչպես նաև նպաստել նրանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը։ Այս ծրագիրը մենք լավագույն կերպով պետք է իրականացնենք և իր նպատակին հասցնենք։ Այն շատ օգտակար պետք է լինի մեր հայրենակիցների համար»,- նշեց Գ. Տ. Ռաֆայել արքեպիսկոպոս Մինասյանը։ 
Նա լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ներկայացրեց Լիբանանում ապրող սիրիահայերի իրավական կեցության խնդիրները՝ ասելով, որ այդ հարցի համար ինքը գնացել է Լիբանանի նախագահի մոտ և խնդրել, որպեսզի հայ երեխաները կարողանան այնտեղ ավելի հաստատուն կերպով իրենց ապագան կառուցել։ 
«Հայկական կարիտաս»-ի «Ճանաչել։ Պաշտպանել։ Իրագործել» ծրագրի ղեկավար Լուսինե Ստեփանյանը նշեց, որ ծրագիրն իրականացվում է Եվրոպական Միության ֆինանսավորմամբ։ 
«Մեկնարկել է 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից և ավարտվելու է 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ին։ Հայաստանում հիմնականում տրվելու է ինտեգրման աջակցություն, իսկ Լիբանանում իրավական օգնություն է տրամադրվելու։ Նախապես, երբ մենք ծրագրով դիմել ենք, պահանջներից մեկն այն է եղել, որ սոցիալական աջակցություն չպետք է ներգրավված լինի, քանի որ տրամադրվում է աջակցություն ԵՄ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության «շապիկի» ներքո։ Մենք ընդգրկել ենք ինտեգրման ծառայություններ։ Լեզվի հետ կապված խնդիրների դեպքում՝ հիմնականում տնտեսական ինտեգրման համար դասընթացներ, որի դեպքում հնարավոր է լինեն խնդիրներ տերմինների հետ կապված։ Ըստ ուղղվածության և կարիքի՝ լինելու են արևելահայերենի, ռուսերենի, ինչպես նաև անգլերենի դասընթացներ»,- ասաց ծրագրի ղեկավարը։ 
Միջոցառման պաշտոնական հատվածից հետո միջոցառման մասնակիցները դիտեցին  Հայաստանում սիրիահայերի ինտեգրումը խորհրդանշող «Էրգիր՝ սկսելով նոր կյանք» խորագրով լուսանկարների ցուցադրությունը։ 
Ծրագրի տևողությունը 3 տարի է և նախատեսվում է ավարտին հասցնել 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ին։ Ընդհանուր բյուջեն կազմում է 1 մլն 52 հազար եվրո (95% ԵՄ ֆինանսավորում, 5%՝ «Կարիտաս Ավստրիա»-ի)։
