Կառավարությունը ծրագրում է 30 մլն դոլար հատկացնել Զբոսաշրջության զարգացման հիմնադրամի ստեղծմանը

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ծրագրում է ստեղծել Զբոսաշրջության զարգացման հիմնադրամ։
Հիմնադրամի ստեղծման նպատակն է զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում ապահովել ավելի արդյունավետ քաղաքական մարկետինգային քաղաքականություն։ Որոշման համապատասխան նախագիծը՝ կառավարության հունիսի 29-ի նիստի ժամանակ ներկայացրել է տնտեսական զարգացման ու ներդրումների փոխնախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը։
Դիմելով վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին, նա խնդրել է երկու օր, հարցը նախագահի աշխատակազմի հետ քննարկելու համար։ Արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նույնպես արձանաքել է, խնդրելով տրամադրել երեք օր, որպեսզի իրենք նույնպես կարողանան արտահայտել իրենց դիրքորոշումը։ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հարցրել է «Երկու օրում չե՞ք հասցնի»։ Դավիթ Հարությունյանն էլ պատասխանել է, որ այդ հարցը քննարկված չի եղել ու իրենց տեսակետ հայտնելու հնարավորություն չեն ունեցել։ «Չէ՞ որ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք, որ այստեղ ենք բերում առավելագույնս քննարկված հարցերը»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը։
Նշենք, ո ր ըստ որոշման նախագծի հիմնավորման՝ Հիմնադրամի հիմնադիրը լինելու է Հայաստանը՝ ի դեմս Կառավարության, որի անունիս հանդես է գալու պետական կառավարման լիազոր մարմինը՝ տնտեսական զարգացման ու ներդրումների նախարարության զբոսաշրջության պետկոմիտեն։ ՀԻմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվելու Արայիկ Խեմալյանը։
Զբոսաշրջության զարգացման հիմնադրամի նորմալ գործունեություն ապահովելու նպատակով առաջարկվում է վերաբաշխել 2017-ի պետբյուջեի միջոցները ու ստեղծվող հիմնադրամին հատկացնել 30 մլն դրամ՝ տարվա երկրորդ կեսին։ Այդ գումարից 27․6 մլն դրամը տնօրինության ինը աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձն է երկրորդ կիսամյակի համար, իսկ 2․4 մ;ն դրամը՝ այլ ծախսեր, այդ թվում կոմունալ վճարներ, ներքին գործուղումների ծախսեր, գրասենյակային նյութեր, այլ վարչական ծախսեր։
Կառավարության ծրագրով նախատեսվում է առաջիկա 5 տարիներին Հայաստան զբոսաշրջային այցելությունների թիվը հասցնել մինչեւ տարեկան 3 մլն-ի, ապահովելով առնվազն տարեկան 3 մլրդ դոլարի եկամուտ։
