ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնաբերել է Կապանի պատմական առանձնակի արժեք ունեցող դամբարաններից հափշտակված իրեր

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են Կապանում պատմական առանձնակի արժեք ունեցող դամբարաններից հափշտակված մի շարք իրեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017թ. փետրվարին քանդվել և թալանվել են Կապանում դեռևս 2012թ. հայտնաբերված՝ մ.թ.ա. 1-ին հազարամյակի բնակատեղի-դամբարանադաշտ հուշարձանի տարածքում գտնվող 3 դամբարաններ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվել են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ, ինչի արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կատարված խուզարկությունների ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են դամբարաններիից հափշտակված իրեր՝ հնաոճ 5 սափոր, 2 կավե աման, մետաղյա նետասլաքներ, դաշույններ, զրահի դետալներ, ապարանջաններ, ասեղ, կախազարդեր, խաչ, մատանի և այլ մետաղյա զարդեր, ինչպես նաև՝ հանցագործության գործիք՝ մետաղորոնիչ սարք:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա կայացված դատավարական որոշումների մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
