Նախարարը բելառուս գործընկերոջ հետ քննարկել է տրանսպորտային համագործակցության հեռանկարները

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը հունիսի 29-ին ընդունել է Բելառուսի Հանրապետության տրանսպորտի և հաղորդակցության նախարար Անատոլի Սիվակին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից՝ հավելելով. «Կողմերը ստորագրեցին «1997 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ին ստորագրված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Բելառուսի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև միջազգային ավտոմոբիլային հաղորդակցության մասին համաձայնագրում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» արձանագրությունը: Համաձայնագրով կարգավորվում են երկու պետությունների միջև միջպետական ուղևորափոխադրումների և բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման մեխանիզմները, իսկ դրանում փոփոխություններ կատարելու անհրաժեշտությունը առաջացել է Հայաստանի`ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելուց հետո:
Արձանագրության ստորագրման և իրականացվող փոփոխությունների արդյունքում երկու անդամ-պետությունները կազատվեն մուտքի, ելքի, տարանցման և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ-երկրների տարածքում դեպի 3-րդ երկիր և 3-րդ երկրից պետական բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման համար թույլտվությունների պարտադիր պահանջից և ճանապարհային վճարից: Սա կհանգեցնի երկու երկրների միջև միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումների գործընթացի դյուրացմանը, բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման ժամանակի, ծախսերի կրճատմանը և ապրանքաշրջանառության աճին:
Նախարարների հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին նաև ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտային համագործակցության զարգացման և ընդլայնման հարցեր»:
