Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը կարող են դեպի երրորդ երկրներ համատեղ արտահանում իրականացնել՝ լինելով ինտեգրացիոն տարբեր ուղղություններում: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Շիրակ Թորոսյանը:
ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանն այսօր Վրաստանի էկոնոմիկայի և կայուն զարգացման նախարար Գեորգի Գախարիայի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ առաջարկել է քննարկել և մշակել դեպի երրորդ երկրներ համատեղ արտահանմանն ուղղված ծրագրեր՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի համար առկա արտոնյալ շուկաները:
Այս առնչությամբ Շիրակ Թորոսյանն ասաց, որ Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը առևտրատնտեսական լուրջ համագործակցության շրջանակներ ունեն, որը կյանքի կոչելու պարագայում երկուստեք մեծ ձեռքբերում կլինի:
«Արտահանում դեպի երրորդ երկրներ ասելով՝ նկատի ունենք այն, որ Հայաստանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ է, և Վրաստանը կարող է Հայաստանի միջոցով ապրանքներ արտահանել ԵԱՏՄ շուկա՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանը արտոնյալ կարգավիճակ ունի ԵԱՏՄ-ում: Վրաստանն էլ տնտեսական արտոնություններ ունի Եվրամիության տարածքում, և մենք կարող ենք փաստորեն օգտագործել մեկս մյուսի հնարավորությունները»,- ասաց Շիրակ Թորոսյանը:
Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը, միմյանց աջակցելով, համագործակցելով, կարող են տնտեսական օգուտներ քաղել, ներկայացվել մեծ երկու շուկաներում էլ՝ եվրոպական ու եվրասիական, ինչը կբարելավվի երկու երկրներում տիրող իրավիճակը:
Իսկ ինտեգրացիոն տարբեր ուղղություններն ունենալը, ըստ նրա, լի է ոչ միայն թերություններով, այլև՝ առավելություններով:
«Վրաստանն ու Հայաստանը առանձնահատուկ մոտեցում պետք է ցուցաբերեն արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշումների տարբերությամբ պայմանավորված խնդիրներին: Տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության առումով Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի շահերը ընդհանրական են: Ելնելով սրանից՝ մենք միմյանց նեցուկ պետք է կանգնենք»- շեշտեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորը:
Ըստ նրա՝ երկու կողմերն էլ կարող են շրջանցել բոլոր այն հնարավոր խնդիրները, որոնք կարող են բխել ինտեգրացիոն տարբեր ուղղություններից, քաղաքական տարբեր կողմնորոշումներից, դրանցից քաղեն միայն օգուտներ:
Շ. Թորոսյանը նշեց, որ այսպիսով Հայաստանի ու Վրաստանի միջև կմեծանա նաև առևտրաշրջանառությունը, որը ներկայումս անբավարար է:
«Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի միջև առևտրաշրջանառությունը կարող էր շատ ավելին լինել, ավելի լայն լինել»,- հավելեց նա:
