ԵԽԽՎ-ում կանխել են թուրք և ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաների ներգրավվածությամբ առանձին խմբի ստեղծումը

ԵԽԽՎ-ում իտալացի պատվիրակներից մեկը ցանկացել է ստեղծել թուրք եւ ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաների համատեղ խումբ, սակայն ԵԽԽՎ բյուրոն 11 դեմ, 4 կողմ ձայներով որոշում է կայացրել հետաձգել այդ գործընթացը: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԵԽԽՎ փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Ազատ դեմոկրատներ խմբում ճնշող մեծամասնությունը թուրքեր ու ադրբեջանցիներ էին, ինչպես նաեւ Սարսանգի ջրամբարի վերաբերյալ ԵԽԽՎ-ում ներկայացված զեկույցի հեղինակ, Բոսնիայի և Հերցոգովինայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Միլիցա Մարկովիչը: Ակնհայտորեն ուզում էին այդ խումբը ստեղծել ինչ-որ մարդկանց այդ տանիքի ներքո  հավաքելու համար, սակայն որոշում կայացվեց հետաձգել այն  երկու պատճառով: Նախ նշել էին, որ հունիսի 1-ից է այն ստեղծված համարվում, մինչդեռ այդ ժամանակ 17  անդամները այլ քաղաքական խմբի անդամներ էին:  Երկրորդ, նրանք մեղադրեցին նաեւ հեղինակային իրավունքի խախտման մեջ՝ ասելով, որ լիբերալների խմբի կանոնադրությունն են կրկնօրինակել»,-ասաց Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Հունիսի 26-ին Ստրասբուրգում մեկնարկեց Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ամառային նստաշրջանը:  Հունիսի 28-ին ԵԽԽՎ ԵԺԿ քաղաքական խմբում թեժ նիստից հետո որոշում կայացվեց ԵԽԽՎ նախագահ Պեդրո Ագրամունտին հեռացնել ԵԺԿ քաղաքական խմբից: Ավելի վաղ ԵԽԽՎ հինգ հիմնական քաղաքական խմբերից մեկը՝ Եվրոպայի ժողովրդական կուսակցության քաղաքական խումբը, ձայների մեծամասնությամբ քվեարկել էր ԵԽԽՎ-ի ներկայիս ղեկավար Պեդրո Ագրամունտին անվստահություն հայտնելու օգտին: Վեհաժողովի պատգամավորները Ստրասբուրգում ընթացող ամառային նստաշրջանում բանաձեւ էին ընդունել նրա անդամների պատասխանատվության սկզբունքի վերաբերյալ:
