New England Journal of Medicine-ի անցկացրած մի հետազոտություն ցույց է տվել, որ մարդկանցից քաշ կորցնելու համար սովորաբար պահանջվում է հինգ ամիս, սակայն խնդիրը կարելի է լուծել դիետան սկսելով հոկտեմբեր ամսին։ Այս ամսին շատ չեն գայթակղող մթերքները։

Կարծում ենք՝ պարզից էլ պարզ է՝ ինչու Նոր տարին լավագույն ժամանակը չէ դիետաներ սկսելու համար։ Մանավանդ մեր երկրում՝ ճոխ սեղանների շուրջ, դժվար է դիմանալ գայթակղությանը։

Երբ գերզբաղված եք լինում ու անհանգստանում որևէ բանի մասին (երեխա եք ունեցել, շատ գործ ունեք աշխատավայրում և այլն), ապա դեռ ժամանակը չէ քաշ կորցնելու։ Բանն այն է, որ սթրեսային, լարված, զբաղված լինելու պայմաններում դիետաներն արդյունավետ չեն լինի։ Ճիշտ է, այդպիսի իրավիճակներում առողջ սնունդն ավելի է կարևորվում, սակայն պետք չէ կենտրոնանալ քաշ կորցնելու վրա։

Ուրբաթ, շաբաթ և կիրակի

Շաբաթվա վերջն է մոտենում։ Cornell University-ի հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ մարդկանց քաշն ընկնում է ուրբաթ կամ շաբաթ օրերին ու ավելանում կիրակի ու երկուշաբթի։ Բանն այն է, որ շաբաթվա վերջին օրերին մարդիկ հանգստանում են, վայելում ժամանցը, ինչը համեմված է լինում համեղ ուտեստներով։
