ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն անդրադարձել է Արթուր Դավթյանի առանձնատուն կառուցելու վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներին

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի կողմից Աջափնյակում առանձնատուն կառուցելու վերաբերյալ զանգվածային լրատվության մի շարք միջոցների հրապարակումներին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` դատախազության պարզաբանման մեջ նշվում է.
«ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի ներկայացրած 2016 թվականի հայտարարագրում շատ թափանցիկ ներկայացված են նրա գույքային և դրամական միջոցներն ու դրանց շարժը: Եթե ԶԼՄ-ները փորձեին անգամ մակերեսային վերլուծության ենթարկել այդ փաստաթուղթը, կնկատեին, որ նրա խնայողությունները զգալիորեն նվազել են: Բացի այդ, պարոն Դավթյանը նախորդ տարի վաճառել է իր ընտանիքին պատկանող՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքում գտնվող բնակարանը և, իր հայրիկի հետ միասին վերցնելով 25 միլիոն դրամի չափով վարկ, համասեփականությամբ կառուցել նշյալ առանձնատունը՝ այդ նպատակին հատկացնելով նաև իր հարազատ գյուղում ծավալած գյուղատնտեսական գործունեության արդյունքում արտադրված գյուղմթերքի իրացումից ստացված 3 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամ եկամուտը»:
Նրա խոսքով` չնայած հրապարակումը Արթուր Դավթյանի հայտարարագրից որոշ տեղեկություններ պարունակում է, սակայն անտեսվել է հաշվետու տարվա ընթացքում խնայողությունների զգալի նվազման արձանագրված փաստը:
«Այս իմաստով գործընկեր ԶԼՄ-ներին հորդորում ենք չանտեսել անաչառության կարևոր սկզբունքը: Ի դեպ, Երևանի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում (17-րդ թաղամաս) կառուցվող և դեռևս անավարտ առանձնատան «շքեղ» կամ համեստ լինելու գնահատումն ու չափանիշի որոշումը թողնում ենք յուրաքանչյուրի դատողությանը: Ինչ վերաբերում է ենթատեքստ պարունակող այն դիտարկմանը, թե ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն առանձնատունը կառուցել է պաշտոնավարման «մեկ տարին դեռ չբոլորած», ապա հայտնենք, որ առանձնատան շինարարության, նախագծման աշխատանքներն սկսվել են դեռևս 2014 թվականից»,- նշվում է պարզաբանման մեջ:
