Եվրոպայում կացարանի համար ամենացածր գները գործում են Հունաստանում: Այս մասին հայտնում է Lenta.ru-ն` մեջբերելով RE/MAX Europe անշարժ գույքի գործակալության տվյալները:
Նշվում է, որ մեկ տարի առաջ 100 քառ. մետր մակերեսով բնակարանը Հունաստանում հնարավոր էր գնել միջինում 92 000 եվրոյով, իսկ առանձնատունը` 67 000: 2015-ից ի վեր երկրի խոշոր քաղաքներում մեկ քառ. մետրի արժեքը նվազել է 20 եվրոյով, իսկ մարզերում, ընդհակառակը, բարձրացել է նույն չափով:
Գործակալության մասնագետների կարծիքով` դա խոսում է առողջարանային շրջաններում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ առաջացող հետաքրքրության աճով:
Անշարժ գույքի տեսանկյունից ամենաթանկարժեքը Լյուքսեմբուրգն է: Այստեղ 100 քառ. մետր մակերեսով բնակարանը կարելի է ձեռք բերել 797 000 եվրոյով: Երկրորդ տեղում Շվեյցարիան է, որտեղ նմանօրինակ բնակարան կարելի է գնել 754 000-ով:
