«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Սասնա ծռերի» և նրանց հետ առնչվող անձանց դատավարությունների ժամանակ դատական նիստերից հեռացումները և բռնությունների մասին տեղեկությունները չեն դադարում:

Երեկվա դատական նիստում «Նոր Հայաստան» հանրային փրկության ճակատի առաջնորդ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը և Ներսես Պողոսյանը 10 ժամով հեռացվել են նիստերի դահլիճից, քանի որ ոտքի չեն կանգնել դատավոր Տաթևիկ Գրիգորյանի ներս մտնելիս: Ավելի վաղ դահլիճից հեռացվել են Սեֆիլյանի գործով մեղադրյալներ Հրայր Թոփչյանը, Գալուստ Գրիգորյանը և Գևորգ Սաֆարյանը:

Ակտիվիստ Գևորգ Սաֆարյանի փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը երեկ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, թե տեղեկություններ ունեն, որ ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստ Գևորգ Սաֆարյանի նկատմամբ «ֆիզիկական ուժ է կիրառվել»։ «Մեզ տեղեկություն են փոխանցել դատական նիստը սկսելուց առաջ, որ Գևորգ Սաֆարյանի նկատմամբ հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցվել և նրա նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժ է կիրառվել։ Գևորգը խնդրել է, որպեսզի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակից իրեն մոտենան, այլ մանրամասներ չունեմ։ Այդ կապակցությամբ դատավորն առանձնապես մտահոգություն չցուցաբերեց, ինձ էլ չի թույլատրվում այցելել իմ պաշտպանյալին»,– ասաց Եգորյանը։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակից երեկ տեղեկացրին, որ թեժ գծին ստացած ահազանգի հիման վրա Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչներն արագ արձագանքման այց են իրականացրել Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի դատարան: Այցի ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքների, տեղի ունեցած առանձնազրույցների արդյունքում դատավարության մասնակիցների, այդ թվում՝ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի և Գևորգ Սաֆարյանի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնություն գործադրելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները չեն հաստատվել:
