Ամռան տապին դիմակայելու օգտակար խորհուրդներ, որոնց անպայման պետք է հետևել

Past.am-ը ձեր ուշադրությանն է ներկայացնում  օգտակար խորհուրդներ՝ ամռան տապին դիմակայելու համար:
 
Ամառը բոլորիս սիրած հաճելի պահերից, հանգստից, բնության գրկում ու ծովափին հանգստանալուց, թարմ մրգերի և բանջարեղենի առատությունից բացի, իր հետ բերում է նաև բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ:
 
Խնդիրները մեծապես կապված են մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա օդի բարձր ջերմաստիճանի, արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների ազդեցության, ինչպես նաև մի շարք վարակիչ հիվանդությունների հետ, որոնք այս սեզոնին ավելի են ակտիվանում:
 
 
Քանի որ ամռան այս շոգ սեզոնին առավել բնորոշ են աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունները, մարդիկ պետք է օրական առնվազն 4-5 բաժակ հեղուկ խմեն։ Ըստ մասնագետների՝ շոգ եղանակին մարդկանց օրգանիզմը ավելի շատ է աղերի և հեղուկի պակաս զգում։ Ուստի խորհուրդ են տալիս օրական պարտադիր 1-2 բաժակ հանքային ջուր խմել։ Օգտագործվող հեղուկները պետք է լինեն գոլ կամ քիչ սառը, որպեսզի ավելի լավ հագեցնեն ծարավը։
 
 
 
Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս ամռանը շատ օգտագործել սառը թեյ, թան ու մածուն, որոնք պաշտպանում են օրգանիզմը։ Բնակչությանը հորդորում են չգնել փողոցում վաճառվող սննդամթերքներ, հատկապես խուսափել արագ փչացող սննդամթերքից։ Մմրգեր, բանջարեղեն, հատապտուղներ օգտագործելուց առաջ պետք է հոսող ջրով լավ լվանալ:
 
 
Պետք է խուսափել ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթումից` կրել գլխարկ, արևային ակնոց, հովանոց, ցանկալի է հագուստը լինի բամբակյա կտորից: Խորհուրդ է տրվում հաճախակի լվացվել կամ ցնցուղ ընդունել: Աշխատանքները հնարավորինս պետք է կատարել օրվա համեմատաբար զով ժամերին, ցերեկային ամենաշոգ ժամերին խուսափել բացօթյա ծանր ֆիզիկական աշխատանքից:
 
 
Քանի որ ամռանը միջատները հանգիստ չեն տալիս, առավոտյան վաղ և երեկոյան ժամերին պետք է հնարավորինս պաշտպանվել միջատների խայթոցներից և օգտագործել միջատներին վանող քսուքներ, պատուհանները և դռները պատել մանրավանդակ ցանցով:
