«Պայթյուն» եւ «հրդեհ» մետրոպոլիտենում. Երեւանում ԱԻՆ զորավարժություններ են տեղի ունեցել (ֆոտոռեպորտաժ)
SOCIETYԵրեւանի բնակիչներն ու հյուրերը հունիսի 30-ի ուշ երեկոյան Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում ոչ սովորական իրավիճակի ականատես եղան։ Այնտեղ էին ոստիկաններն ու փրկարարները, ԱԻՆ ավտոմեքենաները, Շտապ օգնության, հրշեջների բրիգադը։ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մետրոպոլիտենում զորավարժություններ են տեղի ունեցել (ֆոտոռեպորտաժ)։
Զորավարժությունների նպատակն է մետրոյի աշխատակիցների, փրկարարների, ոստիկանների, բժիշկների, «Երեւան ջուր», «Երեւան գազ», «Հայաստանի էլցանցեր» ընկերությունների աշխատակիցների աշխատանքի համակարգումը։ Աշխատակիցների աշխատանքը գնահատել է ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը։ Զորավարժություններին հետեւել են նաեւ հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչները։
Ըստ սցենարի՝ «Հանրապետության Հրապարակ» կայարանում պայթյուն է որոտացել։ 90 մարդ է տարհանվել, որոնց կեսը՝ տուժածներ։ Զորավարժությունների երկրորդ փուկում պայթյուն է որոտացել «Երիտասարդական» կայարանից «Հանրապետության Հրապարակ» ուղեւորվող գնացքում։ Պայթյունին հետեւել է հրդեհը, սակայն մեքենավարին հաջողվել է գնացքը կայարան հասցնել։ ԱԻՆ-ի քիմիկոսները ստուգել են տեղանքը՝ փորձելով գտնել թունավոր նյութեր (առկայության պարագայում)։ Ստանալով բացասական պատասխան՝ հրշեջները սկսել են հանգցնել հրդեհը։ Գնացքում գտնվող մարդիկ տարհանվել են, հրդեհը՝ հանգցվել։
Տուժածներին հենց մետորյի կայարանում առաջին օգնություն են ցուցաբերել եւ պատգարակներով տեղափոխել վրանի տակ։ Հետո տուժածներին շտապ օգնության ավտոմեքենաներով հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխել։
«Զորավարժությունների ընթացքում թերություններն ակնհայտ դարձան։ Զորավարժությունների նպատակը հենց թերությունները պարզելն ու չեզոքացնելն է։ Միջոցառումները բավարար են գնահատվում։ Հաջորդն ավելի լավ կլինի», -լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Փրկրար ծառայության պետ, գնդապետ Մուշեղ Ղազարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ բոլոր քաղաքացիները պետք է իմանան՝ ինչ անել արտակարգ իրավիճկների պարագայում։
Զորավարժությունները մեծ հետաքրքրքություն էին առաջացրել, եւ փրկարարների գործողություններին բազմաթիվ մարդիկ էին հետեւում։ Նրանց թվում քիչ չէին օտարերկրացիները։
Նշենք, որ սրանք առաջին զորավարժությունները չեն Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մետրոպոլիտենում։ Նախորդ անգամ սցենարի համաձայն՝ գնացքը դուրս էր եկել երկաթգծերից։
