Հավանաբար բոլորը գիտեն, թե որքան օգտակար է սոխը առողջության համար: Ներկայացնում ենք առողջական 5 խնդիրներ, որոնք կարելի է բուժել սոխի օգնությամբ: • Ականջների խցանում Հանել սոխի փափուկ միջուկը ՝ կտորի օգնությամբ և տեղադրել այն ականջախեցու սկզբնամասում:  Հիշեք՝ չպետք է սոխը ուժեղ հրել դեպի ներս: Թողնել սոխի կտորն ամբողջ գիշեր: Դրա հյութը կփափկեցնի ականջակեղտը և հնարավոր կլինի հեռացնել այն՝ առանց որևէ ջանք գործադրելու: • Այրվածքներ Անհրաժեշտ է սոխը կիսել, այնուհետև դնել այրված հատվածին: Պահել այն մոտավորապես 2 րոպե: Այն կմեղմացնի ցավն ակնթարթորեն: • Մեղվի կամ իշամեղվի խայթոց Խայթոցները կարող են շատ վտանգավոր լինել, հատկապես եթե ունեք ալերգիա: Առաջին բանը, որ պետք է անել ՝ հանգստություն պահպանելն է: Այնուհետև պետք է հանել խայթը: Խայթած տեղը չպետք է սեղմել: Անմիջապես տրորել սոխը և դնել ցավոտ հատվածին: • Մարմնի բարձր ջերմություն Բարձր ջերմության դեպքում, խորհուրդ է տրվում կտրատել սոխը փոքր մասերի և դնել գուլպաների մեջ: Այն լավագույն բնական միջոցն է ջերմությունն իջեցնելու համար: • Դետոքսիկացիա Սոխը կարող է օգնել օրգանիզմն ազատել տոքսիններից: Խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտել հում սոխ, որը լավագույն միջոցն է տոքսինները հեռացնելու համար:
