2017թ. կալանավորների ու դատապարտյալների սննդի համար հատկացվել է 997 մլն դրամ, օրական սննդի համար՝ 595 դրամ

2017 թվականի դատապարտված և կալանավորված անձանց սննդի համար 2017 թվականին ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 997 մլն 8 հզր դրամ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել է Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության պետի տեղակալ արդարադատության գնդապետ Վարուժան Մելքոնյանը:
Հարցին, թե սննդի չափաբաժնի համար յուրաքանչյուր դատապարտյալի որքան գումար է հատկացվում, ՔԿՀ-ից պատասխանել են, որ յուրաքանչյուր դատապարտված և կալանավորված անձի համար 2017 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի արդյունքներով, միջինացված թվով օրական հատկացվել է 595 ՀՀ դրամ:
Թե որքան գումար է հատկացվելու հուլիսի 1-ից՝ սննդի չափաբաժնի նվազեցումից հետո և որքան գումար է խնայվելու 2017 թվականին բյուջեից հատկացված գումարից՝ 2017 թվականի հուլիս ամսից հետո, ՔԿՀ-ից պատասխանել են.« ՀՀ կառավարության 18.05.2017 թվականի 542-Ն որոշմամբ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ են կատարվել ՀՀ կառավարության 15.10.2015 թվականի N1182-Ն որոշման մեջ, որի արդյունքում սահմանվել են դատապարտված և կալանավորված անձանց սննդի օրական նվազագույն չափաբաժիններ, ընդ որում նվազեցվել և ավելացվել են որոշ սննդակարգեր, չափաքանակներ:
Ի կատարումն նշված որոշման պահանջների՝ ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿ վարչության կողմից կազմակերպվել է 2017 թվականի գնումների պլանի փոփոխություն, որի արդյունքում, որոշմամբ սահմանված նոր սննդատեսակների, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան չափաքանակների ձեռք բերման նպատակով՝ ներկայումս կազմակերպվում է գնման համապատասխան ընթացակարգեր:
Խնայողությունների մասին տեղեկություններ կարող են տրամադրվել լրացուցիչ՝ այդ ընթացակարգերի կայացման արդյունքում»:
Նշենք, որ սննդի չափաբաժինը Հայաստանի բանտերում այսօրվանից՝ հուլիսի 1-ից կնվազեցվի: Կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ 650 գրամ հացի փոխարեն դատապարտյալն օրական կստանա 500 գրամ հաց: 90 գրամ փափկամիսը դատապարտյալները հուլիսի 1-ից կստանան ամսական 16 օր, 25 գրամ պանիրը ևս ամեն օր չեն ստանա՝ ամսական 15 օր: Ձկնամթերքը կտրվի չորս անգամ քիչ՝ 100 գրամ՝ ամսական 8 օր: Կարագի չափաբաժինը ևս պակասել է, իսկ ձուն կտրվի ոչ միայն հղիներին և այլ հատուկ կարգավիճակ ունեցողներին, այլ բոլորին՝ ամսական 6 հատ:
