Գեղարքունիքում սկեսուրը հարսի գլուխը մի քանի անգամ խփել է զուգարանի պատին, մազերից բռնած՝ քարշ է տվել

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Յուրիկ Իսկոյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Գոհար Ե.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
63-ամյա Գոհարին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրված տուժողի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, նրան ծեծելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118 հոդվածով:
Տուժողը Գոհարի հարսն է՝ նրա որդու կինը: Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2017 թվականի մարտի 21-ին, ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում Գոհար Ե.-ն ամուսնու հետ գնացել է որդու տուն:
Որդին պատրաստվում էր մեկնել Ռուսաստան՝ արտագնա աշխատանքի, ծնողնեըը գնացել էին նրան հրաժեշտ տալու: Եվ մայրը շատ յուրօրինակ կերպով է «հրաժեշտ տվել»: Ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում Գոհար Ե.-ն կենցաղային հողի վրա սկսել է վիճել որդու կնոջ՝ Ռ.-ի հետ:
Վեճի ընթացքում Գոհարը հարսի նկատմամբ բռնություն է գործադրել՝ կիրառել է մարտաֆիլմի հերոսներին հարիր հնարքներ:
Մասնավորապես, ըստ դատական ակտի, «Գոհարը հարսի մազերը հավաքել է բռի մեջ, հարսի գլուխը մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է սանհանգույցի պատին, ճանկռել է հարսի դեմքը, այնուհետև շարունակելով հարսի մազերը պահել բռի մեջ՝ նրան սանհանգույցից քարշ է տվել ննջասենյակ, գցել է հատակին և բռունցքով հարվածներ է հասցրել հարսի գլխի գագաթային շրջանին՝ պատճառելով առողջության թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող վնասվածքներ:
